    On March 13th at 7pm we met in person with Suzetta H***** per scheduled appointment at *** ***** dba Block Advisors. We discussed our taxes and provided her with all of our financial information, including W2s, real estate closing transactions etc. we left her the information and she informed us it would be done in about 2 days. We waited for 5 days and contacted the office. I asked if there was anything else needed etc. I waited an additional 2 days and contacted her again. She stated that she didn't have any of our information available online and what did our file look like and if we were sure that this was the office. I assured her it was the correct office and described the folder containing our financial records. She said it must be misplaced or its probably under something and she would call me right back. I waited several hours and drove to the location, she said she remembered us but the file wasn't available and it was misplaced probably under something. I told her at that time I wanted my file back with my confidential information and I asked her why files were not locked up somewhere. She told me that the office gets locked. She then told me that she didn't know where my file was and she would have to look for it saying its probable under something.
