    I'd like to file a complaint about Campers Inn of Ocala service team's communication, workmanship, and customer service. They have had our camper for "service" for nearly half of that time that we've owned it yet very little work has actually been completed. In addition, the work that they did complete was either done incorrectly or created other issues. To make matters worse, I can rarely get ahold of them, any updates, or a call back. * Fall of 2022 we bought our camper to have warranty work and other repairs.* When I picked it up in Dec 2022 the repair was only partially complete but had to accept it due to us having to leave town ****** reasons)* I reported it to *** via email immediately upon discovery but never hear back. * I've attached the email outlining the damage their team did and work they didn't complete.* Fall of 2023 I dropped off the camper for repairs, maintenance and addition, I asked that they repair the items they broke or didn't finish.* ***** said it would take a couple of weeks to hear back from the manufacturer and her boss to get approval.* I emailed and called multiple times but never received an email or call back, nor ANY proactive communication.* As of early December 2023, I still hadnt heard anything back so I started calling every day with the same excuse Honie isnt in today.* Finally on Friday Dec 23rd they told me that she doesn't work here and nothing had been submitted.* In short: they've had my camper 3 months and have done absolutely nothing to remediate the issues.* I reached out to the ** (***************************) and the Service manager (*******************) to try to work it out directly but never heard back from **** and **** gave me a one sentence response. No phone call. No apology. Nothing. * It is now March 2024, they still have my camper. In the last 10 days I've contacted them 5 times and have received exactly 0 responses. This is the worst customer service experience I've ever seen! They should be ashamed.

    Theyve had the camper for six weeks to be fixed and Ive heard very little from them even asked for the general manager and I heard nothing from them. I expect it to be fixed but Ive heard nothing.

    On 5/31/23 I purchased a Class C RV from Campers Inn of Ocala. I was supposed to drive to Ocala to purchase the vehicle and I would get the vehicle that day. I was told I could not pick up the vehicle due to the fact that the air conditioning was broken and they ordered a new air conditioning unit to install in there so that I would have a working air conditioning unit. I drove down to make my purchase and they told me they would deliver it after they installed the air conditioning unit. Fast forward to me actually being in the rv and in august the air conditioning unit didnt work. I paid $300 to have a company come out to diagnose the problem and they told me the air conditioning unit was bad. I asked Campers inn about it and it was at that time that I found out Campers Inn didnt replace the air conditioning like they told me they were going to, they told me they only reset it and they never replaced the air conditioning unit like they told me they were going to do before I purchased it. I was told it would have a brand new air conditioning unit installed in it before I was able to get it delivered to me. I wasnt even able to take the rv home the day I paid for it because they said they were replacing the air conditioning unit to a brand new one and at no time did they mention it wasnt changed like they guaranteed me it would be. I also was told I would get a brand new mattress with the purchase and it wasnt in the rv when I got it and when I asked about it they told me they would reimburse me for a mattress if I sent them the receipt. I sent them the receipt 3 different times and have followed up every week and they keep giving me excuses as to why they cant get back to me.

    I'm sorry to hear you had a problem with your A/C, however the compressor tested good and it turned out to be a thermostat problem. The thermostat was repaired and unit was delivered in working order. Months have passed with no word of the a/c failing but Campers Inn does guarantee work we perform. Unfortunately you chose to call someone else who just put an entire  new A/C in and probably resold the old one without you knowing.

    We have issued a check for the mattress which was cashed.

    If there is anything else we may help with in the future please feel free to contact us and we will be glad to be of service.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have not had the ac fixed by anyone else. I had someone come look at it but it has not been fixed. It is still broken. And as you know, with a camper, it is not used all the time, so I would have no way to know that the ac didnt work. I was told before I purchased the camper that the ac would be replaced, and that I would not be getting the camper delivered until a new ac was put in. After being in the camper I know the ac isnt working , and it was never replaced by Campers Inn, as promised by the company. 

    I received the mattress and check for that, so the only remaining issue I have is with the guarantee I got on getting a new ac before I made the purchase.
