      Will not stand behind their Warranty or work of their men. Drip edge was not covered & sealed correctly when new roof put on, thus water getting up under shingles & rotting the wood, as well as stains on the soffit. Trying to say house needed new gutters. Gutters have been on house for 17 yrs with no problems until the new roof was put on. Had other roofers confirm had nothing to do with gutters. Owner wouldn't even discuss the issues.

      Update to prior review where I had several issues. After an email about some shingles not laying flat and two uncaulked areas by the lanai, they were addressed. The other issue of rows of shingle meeting somewhere in the middle and then a shingle being trimmed to fit could not be addressed without an entire redo of the roof (IMHO). In my opinion, this could have been avoided if someone had spoken English so that I could have explained that practice was unaccepatble to me. I have not heard from them, nor received a reply to my email or a response to my earlier review. I will say that that the entire crew seemed to work hard together and as a team all day long and my roof was removed and installed in a day (about 9 to 10 hours). They even covered our above ground pool with a tarp to keep debris and nails out. Cleanup was extremely good after the job. Now I am left with a roof that lacks the symmetry of 99.9% of most conventional shingled roofs in our area,
