            On 3/27/2022 Bret (owner of business) agreed to make a metal trellis for us. The cost was $350 USD that was charged to our credit card that day. He said he would have the piece finished in 10 days. After two weeks of not hearing from him, we called and he said he would have it done the following week. This also did not happen. After multiple in-person, text messages and unanswered phone calls asking for our money to be refunded we felt we had to take the issue further. His staff Kersten and Theresa also stated to us they would personally talk to him about our issue and have him contact us, with Theresa stating she would call us and let us know. We never received a call from her either.

            I paid Brett Foote $1,000 in Oct of 2020 to create a metal statue of a Brahman bull that was to be delivered by Christmas 2020. It was never created or delivered. I was told lie after lie about when it would be delivered and why it was delayed and almost 3 years later no delivery. He no longer responds to messages. This was out and out fraud!
