              Their real estate agent was completely unresponsive to our needs. Would not return phone calls when it was imperative. Tried to communicate with her boss but he also would not return phone calls. Called the corporate office, but THEY wouldnt return calls. Their agent slipped a $395 charge into the contract to charge us and never discussed it with us. It was really sleazy to do this.

              Pushy, sleazy and aggressively & verberly mean. The realtor had no care or regards for our well being or safety. when we did our first & last walk through she did not show up. when we called her she was too busy and gave us the code to obtain the keys from the lockbox. mind you, she set this date up. The residence knew nothing about us purchasing the property or having to move out. It took us to file eviction notices for the tenants to have them removed. The realtor did NOT help even though her company had been collecting the rent from the tenants prior to our real estate transaction. we contacted the main ************* would not help us. The worst realtor ever in my life.
