              The issue is billing and possibly insurance fraud. We received our prenatal care from them and they required a Global Maternity plan. Which is that you prepay your expected hospital deductible a little bit at a time while you are pregnant so that when the hospital claim comes due, you've already paid it. So from summer 2020 to Feb 2021 we paid around $2000 to the clinic. Baby comes Feb 28th, the hospital bill comes and then when we asked the clinic for the money all they keep doing is giving us the run around with insurance jargon. 7 months we have been asking and calling and every one gives us a difference answer. At this point all we want is our money so that we can pay the Hospital. This last time it was states that now they want the claim voided by the hospital and then we can get our money back. We just want our money back, when they figure out what's going on they can bill me for any remaining balance. I'll gladly pay, but this is bordering on insurance fraud.
