  Ride Now Of Ocala is the most crooked service department. I have ever experienced the four ******* just needed a fuel pump which we had already had it checked out by a mechanic, but had the extended warranty through them so we took it to them. They came up with a scam that the four needed a new engine And I was informed if I couldn't afford to do the new engine, I could pick it up in boxes our insurance company did approve the new engine and the warranty covered the fuel pump-when we picked it up and got it home to find it had no transmission fluid very little diff which they had replaced the seals and very little coolant after they had charged the insurance company for coolant. I have contacted the insurance company and explained what has gone on and hopefully they will be investigating them for insurance fraud and I'm contacting an attorney because not only could they have caused the four ******* to be ruined by leaving it empty on transmission fluid, but they could endangered the lives of whoever was riding it if it froze up from not having fluids in it, I was beyond disappointed and will never use them or refer them to anyone. They scam people to make money off of them for things that are not even needed and worst of all have no conscience or remorse for what they are doing to people, financially and emotionally and physically endangering people. I do have documentation from the mechanic that checked it out before we took it to them. I have pictures and videos of before we took it to them and while it was tore apart in their service department showing proof that they were lying.

  Was in Ocala to pick up a jeep went there to kill some time was looking at the kids four ******* for my daughter salesman quoted me 1100. Out the door I told him I had to speak with my wife. He said we could do the deal over the phone call him back two hours later and he told me it was 1700. They had a price increase heckuva price increase in two hours I guess its the bait and switch careful out there these guys are crooks

  Today I purchased a2025 Can am ***** sport 900Ace, my salesman ******* was very helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and stayed with me to the end,I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a Motorcycle from Ride Now in Ocala.

  Searched for the best price on a Kawasaki dirt bike for my son. I found the exact right bike at a very good price advertised at RideNow. I made several phone calls to make sure that this was the correct motorcycle and that the price advertised was correct. I was reassured over the phone that this was the correct price and I made arrangements to come in and purchase the machine. Initially I sat down with a young man who attempted to begin the discussion at a price that was $4,000 greater than that which was advertised and agreed on by phone. When I objected he literally LAUGHED IN MY FACE and insisted I showed him where I had seen such a price!Pull out my phone and showed him exactly the price I was talking about. He went in the office and came back out and said he had settled it all and here was the "correct price" this was over $2,000 above the price I had been quoted. I have purchased numerous brand new cars and brand new motorcycles in my life. I have never had a BAIT AND SWITCH pulled on me like this place tried to pull. It was not the salesman's fault. The sales managers are the ones who try the bait and ********* salesman quietly mentioned to me that most people just sign the papers because they're too embarrassed to say anything.After all my due diligence, this turned out to be the worst buying experience of my life.AVOID THIS PLACE.

  I bought a ****** GSXR 750 about 3 years ago from Ridenow Powersports. This year I took it to them to diagnose a no start issue. First is the $406 diagnosis fee, I agreed, they tell me that fuel pressure is good, spark is good but 2 cylinders have low compression and they need to check the valve train, that was $1100, I said ok. After they checked the valve train I was told that the valve lash is within specs and they needed to take the engine out and disassemble it ti check and see if everything was within specs. That was going to run me $2500 and I needed to pay $2000 before they started. That's when I put a stop to it and told them no. I ended up paying $1100 for nothing, money wasted my bike was still not running. I take it home and diagnosed it myself, cleaned the injectors and found that the ignition coils were shorted. Replaced the coils and the bike started right up. It costed me less than $100 to fix an issue that they wanted $2500 just to see if they can find the issue. It took me about 4 hours to find it myself and I am not a motorcycle technician. The tech who tried to diagnose my bike needs to go back to school and actually learn his trade. Will I take my bike for service or repairs to Ridenow Motorsports? That a big NO.

  The place feels very scammy, very much felt pressured an I truly doubt they ever have attention, only judgement based tactics to see how much they can scam you. I truly believe criminals might like the place. I like the bike but it is way overpriced an not worthwhile to say more than that. You could buy same type of bike anywhere in East for 1/3 of the price. America hates you get used to it

  I initially believed I had been wronged and wrote a negative review/complaint. I was wrong, not them. So this review should hopefully negate the two star I previously wrote. The great folks I dealt with were Sales Supervisor ***, Salesmen ***** and *******, and Manager ***************************. Im try hard to find a way to delete my previous review. No luck yet.

  I purchased a 2022 450 Can-Am outlander. The unit was brand new, and after two years and only 1100 miles the starter drive has gone bad, and now the motor seized up. I brought it back up to ride now and just by looking at it, they want to charge me $1300 to tear down the engine.And keep that in mind, they have no idea what it is. Ive been up in the office in the service department and I personally heard an associate call a customer a f@cking idiot when he got off the phone. These people have no idea of customer service And how to treat people.

  After buying numerous toys there and sending numerous other people their way, I took a friend in there yesterday to buy a Northstar. Every was going good until we got into the finance office ot ******************. We denied the extended warranty and he flipped out and threw a pen across the desk and stormed out of his office. Then went and told all the managers that I was being loud and rude and causing a scene. ****************** then went and told my cousins supervisor(my cousin works there in service) that I was using my cousins discount to retail parts at my business. ******* ** ** ****** ******* ****** I did not retail the parts, they were for personal use *** ******* ****** ****** **** *** ******** *** ** **** *** ******* ****************** *** ****** ***** *** **** ****** ** **** ***** **** * **** **** *** ******** *** **** ****** It was never a problem until yesterday when we refused his over priced northstar warranty. When we left we went to ******** *********** and bought the exact same Northstar for $9,000.00 less and got the factory extended warranty for half the price. ****************** actions were uncalled for and **** ** ** ********** *** *** ** ****** ****** ***** *** ************* In the last 6 months, I personally have sent 5 buyers up there to purchase units from this store. More then over $100,000 in units just from my friends and acquaintances. I will never deal with company again. I am also filing a corporate complaint against ****************** for his actions in his office. He pitched a fit like a child because we refused the extended warranty that he was trying to force on my lady friend that I took there. I will press this matter until I find or have some resolution to this problem. We he did was extremely unprofessional and needs to be addressed by his supervisor. Never in my life have I ever seen someone throw a pen across a desk and storm out of a office in the middle of a transaction. Shame on you ******************!!
