      Did work for a contractor thats worth over $60,000. The work was completed in December if 2023.. the contractor promised to pay within a few days but he stoped answering my phone calls and text messages. But when he did reply he said that he doesnt have the $$ to pay at this time. Back and forth for 2 months he kept lying and blaming the other contractor for not paying him for the job and kept promising to pay on Monday . We warned him that we will put a lien on the business so he said that he will pay a portion of the invoice today and the rest will get paid on Monday. Its now been almost 3 months and all we hear is his lies, lies, and lies. We have all text messages to support our claim.

      The time frames for the work completed as stated in the complaint are off. We were invoiced on 1/11/24 not in December as claimed. Of the $62,000 in work that was performed $10,000 was a changed order and not part of our original contract. They were paid $55,000 of the of the $62,000 ON or BEFORE 2/16/24. The balance of the change order was paid 3/15/24.
