    They do not warranty anything. Had them put in a Florida room. The windows don't lock and the storm door leaks like anything. Must put a "pig" down to absorb the water. The back patio had cracks and wanted repaired or supply me with the paint. Never took care of it. Asked for the warranty info for windows and door but they ignore me. Once they get done with the work you don't exist. I have to get new windows, a new door and the patio redone. Costing me a lot to correct their mistakes. Think twice before you get Mills to do any work for you. You will be disappointed in them.
