    Skip this Company, they have NO Clue what they’re doing … I’m seeking to get my Service call charge returned, b/c they obviously have NO Clue what the Heck they are doing, Auggggggghhhhhhhh

    We are so sorry you were disappointed in our service. My records show your disconnect was turned off by your neighbor and we turned it back on and examined the unit to be sure it was in proper working order. We have not received a phone call for a refund, or a request for us to come back out. We warranty all of our work and if I can help you with anything, please feel free to reach out to us.

    I recently had a service call from All Weather Heating and Cooling. The technicians were great and the warranty work was 100 % covered. What a wonderful surprise. The company has been excellent, since installation last year until now.

Everything was taken care of in a professional manor and the kind gentleman that came showed me the replacement etc. I reccomend them very highly, they just were out here a few weeks ago and had checked things and everything was working fine, my policy stick with one company you trust

    Never ever a problem in the past 20 years with this company. But, some people are good with public relations and some people should not answer the phone. (Bad day?) Jan 27, 2023 at 1130 a.m. while the other man who usually answers was out, man answered and delivered an uncaring attitude about 88 and 89 years old that we were concerned about in cold weather on a Friday. Cared less about our loyalty to company, preferred confrontation and being right instead of problem solving or referring us to owner supervisor for advice. Lost our business we are hurt and offended. In business please be apologetic and at least act like you care about the customer regardless of outcome.

    We appreciate your business and am truly sorry the level of service did not meet your expectations.  We would have had a service technician to you on Friday, but you refused our services after being quoted our service call.  We would have been happy to handle any warranty items, if that was an issue, but in case the problem was not warranty related, we believe in being transparent with our pricing.  The two men you spoke with were the Owner and Service Manager (supervisor).  I am sorry if you felt anyone was rude with you, as that is not our practice and we are deeply sorry if you were offended.  If we can be of any further help, do not hesitate to contact us.

    When we tried it, it didn't. What good
    Is it for someone to pay someone
    To tell them their system is fine then want to charge
    Them for it not working fine first time
    We try it? Also the lack of care toward
    The elderly and a long term customer with a good relationship. Means nothing.
    Is being right worth being portrayed as uncaring and losing a new system. I guess you
    Have all the business you need.we would have purchases another system from you. If you feel the same no need to reply. I'm just trying to let you know how we feel as customers and as a petson. Thank you

    We had to have our entire 30 year old HVAC system replaced including cleaning the ducts and having them pressurized and sealed. We had several quotes but we knew exactly what we wanted and All Weather Heating & Cooling was the best. I had workers here from 8:30 AM until about 2:30 PM. They were all very courteous and polite. When they were finished they went around and actually dusted my tables and ran the vacuum to clean up the mess from the popcorn ceiling that had fallen down. I was very impressed by their service and would recommend them very highly. Thank you too both Chris's and all the other ones that were here, you did an awesome job!

    calling ALL WEATHER we noticed a significant difference in their service- Very professional and courteous. Ray reviewed our situation and gave us a bid. In disusing the bid, we decided to upgrade it. We are glad we did! Our unit is wonderful and quiet. Shane and the crew was extremely professional. We are going to recommend All Weather to our friends. You all should try them too!
