    I've contacted the business on multiple occasions to return a purchase but no one responds. The formula for their hair vitamins recently has changed and now has an overwhelming fish after taste. Whatever the new formula is, it also caused me headaches both days I took it. I got the package on 10/31/2024 and first contacted them the following day. I've given them ample time to respond. It states on their website that they offer a 100 day money back guarantee that seems to be false advertising, as I've read many comments on FB and Instagram where some customers are experiencing the same as I.

    I purchased a 12-month supply and sugar bear gave me two bottles that will expire at the end of December but my purchase with for me to be able to have a supplies for February of next year and I spoken to the representative about returning the products and was giving the address and I returned it and I never received the refund and it's been 3 weeks after the delivery of return of the product

    On April 7th, I received an email from sugarbear stating that if I paid DHL fees, they would happily issue a refund for those fees. I paid DHL $35.52 for those fees and have been trying to get the promised refund from Sugarbear ever since. They constantly say they will refund my money but have not. At one point , they emailed me stating they made the refund to me by PayPal, but I never received it. Then they emailed me saying that PayPal was having issues. To this date, we are still going back and forth with me asking for my refund and they keep claiming they will send it, even escalating my refund since I've waited for so long. I don't believe they ever intend to refund my money. They have just been giving me the runaround for a month now and still no refund. On top of all if this, they sent me the wrong product! They told me I could ship it back but I would have to pay for that. Now I'm stuck with a product that I didn't order and out the money I paid DHL based on the promised refund for those fees by Sugarbear. If Sugarbear didn't promise to refund those fees, I never would have paid them and then I wouldn't be out the funds and stuck with a product that I didn't order. I did not attach all of the emails as there are over 50 between me and sugarbear. If you need more, I am happy to send screenshots of them.

    I am filing this complaint due to receiving the incorrect product and after several attempts to contact them with no reply for assistance in returning product and receiving the correct product. I ordered from them on 01/02/23 and paid $161.06, when i received my order it was the wrong products inside. I ordered sleep vitamins and received hair vitamins instead. I emailed their customer service on 1/7/23 and then again on 1/13/23 when i still had not heard anything from them. On 1/25/23, they sent a email advising they were switching softwares and to email a different email address. I emailed again on 1/25/23 and on 2/1/23. I have attempted to reach them several times regarding returning the incorrect product and receiving the correct product but they do not respond. I have attached a picture of the incorrect product showing the hair vitamins instead of the sleep vitamins and my packing slip.
