    In January 2025 I went to carite for a vehicle and put $3000.00 down on a 2017 ****** Maxima. Within the first month and still within warranty the car began running hot. We took the car back and they told us the mechanic fixed the issue. However a couple weeks following it started running hot again outside of the 30 day warranty. After they evaluated the vehicle they told me it had a bad engine and was no good. I went in and he told me I could get another car but was required to put down another $3500.00. Unable to keep up with the ridiculous payments they picked up the vehicle which was the only form of transportation my family had. I also had already paid $300 towards the $3500.00. I just want my money back so we can start looking into other options. I shouldnt be held accountable because initially they sold me a lemon.

    On January 2nd, 2025 we purchased a car from them, which we were told to say we paid $4,700 up front when we only paid 1k. They then told us we had to pay $500 weekly until 2/13/2025. Our car had engine problems within 3 days of purchase. They gave us loaner cars while our car was in the shop, but the problem never got fixed. So they finally sent it to a different location which contacted us to say our engine was completely blowed and cannot be fixed under warranty, because the problems were pre-existent PRIOR TO PURCHASE. We haven't drove this car in MONTHS yet we're left to make payments on a loan. They sell damaged cars! This is fraud!

    My 2016 **** escape was a lemon I had problems form the first day no resolution is a bad company I had that car only couple of months and the transmission went out

    Ms. ****** bought her car on 8/05/23. Her warranty was good for 30 days. It's been over a year since purchase. We can extend an offer to trade the car back to us and purchase another vehicle.

    Original date of transaction 1.12.2024 I paid $1,240 down payment. Also $12,000 being reported to 3 major credit bureaus, for a vehicle I have not had since 1.29.2024. At the very least the dealership promised me a vehicle that was drivable. $799 down you leave with a car. I left with the car on 1.12.24, but had to return it the next day. Got it back on 1.23.24, gas on empty. Went to fill the tank and the car didnt start. Dealer picked up the car on 1.29.24. Havent seen or touched the car since. Dealer compliance for *************************** has tried to mediate, got the owner to approve a loaner. I went to retrieve the loaner when I was driven to another sister dealership. I was told by ************************* that hes not my therapist and called the cops on me. He made a statement to the dispatched officer,to do a buy back for the 2016 **** Focus, and refund of my monies. That was almost 2-3 months ago. The finance company has reached out over 20 times. They are being non compliant. At this point, I need the registered agents name for CARite of Oakland Park, or Blue Lagoon Auto sales. Once I have that information, I can move forward with my summons and civil suit. That is the only thing I need at the moment, as Im unable to locate the registered agent on Sunbiz.org. This business, and its other two sister dealerships, are truly the most unprofessional entities of ever come across. I will not stop pushing for justice and will be representing my self in courts. I have freedom of press and will be sharing my experiences with each entity on tiktok, etc. no one should have to be robbed. If I chose to sit like a dumb duck, Id still be without a vehicle. Thats cold as ice. Thankfully I have a car now with no payments. This company is ran by someone who seems to have inherited daddys business and has zero clue on how to properly deal with matters as such. ************************* is full of pride, and retaliation. You got the right one this time.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I think the dealership may have things misconstrued.  Dealer compliance for the finance company **************************** which is a separate department that handles such issues as the one we are having now.  *************************(owner) gave a formal statement to, the authorities he called in me.  He told them hed to a buy back and refund my monies.  Dealer compliance for CPS has not been able to contact a single representative for carite.  I spoke with ****, from CPS dealer compliance department. He has been handling my case. So what this business is stating is hearsay and straight false. All calls are recorded, so this just seems like retaliation at this point.  The vehicle belongs to CPS and they simply want your organization to pay them for the 2016 **** Focus.  I do not and have not had this vehicle for almost 6months now.  The $12,000 that CPS financed is reporting to my credit, BUT its not reflecting negatively at all, as I have $0 due since 1.17.2024.  We can do this all day, and to infinity and beyond.  I have a car now and no car payments and Im doing very well. At this point youre just a booger that I cant seem to pick and flick. So with that being said, Id like your registered agents name, per sunbiz.gov, please and thank you much. ??

    This contradicts what the dealership claims.  The finance company CPS, consumer portfolio service still holds me financially responsible for the 2016 **** focus.  Id like the registered agents name per sunbiz.org I truly do not like being toyed with especially when it comes to my credit, I need to move forward with my litigation attempts and I will need their registered agent name.

    This email proves Im still obligated to pay a monthly bill for the 2016 **** focus.  That I havent had since 1.29.24, because of a car that wasnt able to be repaired.

    There wont be any repair charges to this account. We have instructed the lender to send us the buyback and not to proceed with collecting on this account as it is not a valid deal. We have sent the lender the required buyback amount to close this file out.

    I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with a *** from CaRite in regards to my $800 I paid cash.  I was asked for my mailing address to mail that check, which was over a week ago.  I have not received my money back.  CPS dealership compliance has a *** **** who  has been handling this entire issue.  Has not confirmed that they received the check in the full amount of the car, hence I still owe monthly payments.  Also I will not be able to get my 3 payments made to CPS for a car I never had, until they receive the check.  Also in the past messages you made me and BBB aware that Id receive an email with the copy of the check as proof of payment. So the issue is still unresolved. You have my number, so you can call me to refund my money. When I call the dealership I either get placed in hold for eternity. Or when I get someone they give the same story and still I see no check not even a check # and the check from the dealership to me.  So whats the hold up?

    Total scam stay away from this place. I bought 2 cars from them and they sold me a car with a dead transmission, bent axle, and bad tires, and bad belt on my last one. Not only did they lie about fixing the transmission and ***** failed to even produce the work order paper they didnt not start my car warranty I signed for in my original deal. Alpha warranty tried to reach ***** and associates several times and got no payment for my warranty. I paid $2500 of the warranty in my contract which is fraud. They also started my warranty on day 90 to protect themselves from all of the issues they knew were wrong with the truck. There was also sexual harassment towards my ex wife which was said in front of me. Flirting with her because we are lesbians and they thought it was okay. After 3 years of working with them and recommending them in the past I couldnt fathom how shady they truly are. So now I was stuck with a bad truck and no warranty that was in my contract because the dealership never paid them. They also did not report my trade in as sold for 2 months so I had to deal with calls from my past lender. ***** declines to answer any of my emails or calls. May this business dry out and every future business venture fail for how they scam peoole. I bought two cars from them in the past and thought maybe they were ok. They committed fraud on my contract. The first car got in an accident and since they did not tell me about GAP insurance they put a car they didnt have cuz it was a total loss as a trade in to the bank to get me a new car because they are money hungry. Theres alot of illegal activities and sexism at this business.

    It is true ************** has bought 2 vehicles from Carite of Oakland Park. We appreciate her business very much. We give the every customer the opportunity to drive and go over the vehicle being purchased very carefully and also sign a document that they are acknowledge the condition of the vehicle being sold to them. We also provide an extended warranty of 30 days or 1000 miles (which ever comes 1st) to cover 50 % parts, 50% labor pertaining to the engine , transmission and drivetrain. We are very thorough when it comes to disclosure of documents being signed, especially the " Truth in Lending Disclosure " on the Florida Law Contract. ************** made contact with our dealership asking to back out of the loan because a personal issue with her wife. We explain that the deal has been funded and she would have to keep the vehicle. We also have no record of Alpha Warranty trying to get in contact with us regarding her service contract. Should there have been an issue with her vehicle that pertain to any warranty item(s), we would have honored the agreement and fix the vehicle in a timely fashion. Her comment pertaining to sexual or flirtatious talk with her wife is simply not true. We have a ZERO tolerance policy with regards to engaging in sexual or explicit talks or conversation during or after the sale with any customers period !

    I am rejecting this response because: they never paid the $2500 to the warranty company or explained about 30 days of warranty. This is a fraudulent business which sold me a car with a bad transmission, tires that burst a month after having it, bad brakes, reuters, and struts, a bent axle, leaking transmission fluid. Alpha warranty has sent me proof which i have attached. Me calling about personal is***s after my loan contract was signed was neither here no there because i got back with my wife and we left with the truck and worked it out. My wife even told me to *** them. If they dont fix their mistake.

    November 16, 2023, I purchased a car through financing at Carite. The car was a 2015 Kia ***** sx koup. I test drove the car and afterwards we did all the paperwork and I drove the car home that night. The next day the check engine light came and I contacted them to let them know. They told me to come in Monday because they were closed over the weekend. I went to auto one before that to get a diagnostic done on the vehicle and got the codes back. Three different cylinders were misfiring, the crankshaft position sensor was messed ********** censor wasnt working and another issue I cant recall. I brought all of this to them and all they asked me was if the car was still running. They said I would have an appointment Thursday and that I should be fine until then. The cylinders continued to misfire more frequently and had a severe jerking motion whenever I came to a stop. I brought it back Thursday and they said since I wasnt there early enough there was nothing they could do (absolutely bs because I just wanted to leave the car there so they could bring it to get fixed at any time). So they pushed the repair back again another week. Then a couple days later I was driving to work and the exhaust started spouting white smoke and making a loud noise. I called them and told them to come pick up the car. About a week later I get a call from *****, the store leader, telling me that their mechanics said the car was being raced and that blew the engine. I informed him that I did not race the vehicle but he basically said I was at fault for what happened, asking me to pay for half the cost of another engine. Its been about 2 months now and I have not heard anything about my vehicle and anytime I try to call to ask for updates I get ignored. This is the last time Ill try to reach any resolution because I want to pursue legal action against this business.

    The type of engine for this car is vary rare and hard to find in the used engine market. We have communicated with the customer about trying to locate an engine. When we are able to locate one we will update him on the repair time.

    I am rejecting this response because: The last time I spoke with ************ was told that they had secured the engine in a bid and was on their way to pick it up. Thats was back in December. All my attempts at contact with them has been met with no response. If it had not been for this, I wouldnt have even known that they still hadnt secured an engine. So please understand my frustration that it had to come all the way to this for me to even get any answers from this business.

    I was sold an unsafe vehicle at Carite > They "pull back the milage and do band-aide repairs to sell vehicle with the emphasis on sales, not the safety or the consumer. I haven't even hit 30 days and the drivetrain on the 4 series *** failed while on the highway with my 3 daughters in the vehicle. It then failed the day after as well so I called my salesman *************************** who then referred me to his Manager ********************* to bring the vehicle in. Once in spent my entire daughter's birthday sitting there listening to the salesmen joke about how they ***** cars (temp repair, and pull-back odometers) to make sales so they can blow money on hotels, alcohol, and take vacations. Laughing their way to the bank. Leaving a hard-working individual holding the keys to something that will break down almost inevitably and eventually. I expressed my concerns about a failing drivetrain on a newly purchased vehicle to ***** who just nodded and sent me to the mechanic he contracts. I was sent to a mechanic to check the engine for the failing drivetrain. He also didn't discuss anything with me. It was now closing time at 5 pm and I called Carite and no one answered. Left voicemails nothing. The next day. I can't get anyone on the phone anymore. Here I am right back at square one with no money now and no properly working vehicle. They promised to fix this or switch me out to a better car and now no one will get on the phone with me. Time for a payment every department hounds you from sales to marketing but time to fix something you hear nothing. These guys are taking advantage of the laws and working around them. this is unjust. I need help I am a single mom with 3 kids. I do not have an exdependable income.

There doesn't seem to be an issue because she has missed the times we scheduled her. She is more than welcome to visit our service center again to try and rectify her situation.

    Sales person ******* who initially lied and told me he was the owner of the establishment which is false so me car which I did not like and returned it 2 days later. I purchased insurance through him for the vehicle, I was told the insurance was $595 and paid cash as advised. After returning the car I cancelled the insurance he advised he advised that he wasnt sure how much I would get back because I cancelled. When I called the insurance company they refunded me 313 dollars, I was told that, $313 was my initial down payment for the policy, yet ****** charged me and additional $285 on top of that. He never disclosed to me that he charges an additional broker fee which should have been disclosed to me. He told me that my down payment for the insurance was 595 dollars which was a lie. When I called back to speak with him he got very upset, and said if Im looking for a refund its not going to happen.
