    *** lived in a unit owned by cruise property management for a little less than 2 years now and we have had issues with our appliances since the very beginning. When our fridge finally kicked the bucket on us we decided to call the property management and see if we could have the issue resolved. They sent a technician over a few days later and the technician decided that we needed a new fridge. Upon receiving the second fridge we immediately noticed that the new fridge was very used. Upon using said fridge, we noticed that that fridge was also not working properly. Finally at the end of February (about 2 months later) the fridge stopped working. Again, we call property management to resolve the issue. In the meantime, we had to throw away all of the refrigerated and frozen items because the fridge wasnt cooling at all. We expressed that the fridge wasnt cooling to property management on Saturday morning and were told that a technician would come by the next day. We didnt see a technician again until seven days later. We had to buy coolers and ice to try to keep everything cold for the next seven days however, we had to throw away , everything. Property management refuses to help compensate for all the money that was lost and the insurance company also would not compensate for our loss however, property management refuses to take our phone calls and answer emails and text messages to even apologize for misleading us to believe wed be helped sooner. I dont want anybody else to have to go through what we went through. I will attach pictures of when the maintenance request was made and when magnum appliance finally showed up to fix it (per call log).

    ***** Cruise owner of Cruise Property Management needs to be investigated by the **********************************************, **** of ********************** Affairs & the ******* ************************ for price gauging, false advertising, fraudulent billing, charging utilities fraudulently with no proof of usage or invoicing. Cruise himself also committed assault and battery on a tenant, threatens unlawful eviction notices to others for unfounded claims in order to intimidate his tenants to submit to his bullying techniques. He did renovations at *********************************************************** apartment complex owned by JSN **********, LLC and did it all illegally without permits or licensed contractors. The owners, JSN **********, LLC were sited for code violations and still pending. A flood caused from their main waterline in the attic at this address recently was not professionally dried out but instead just clamped the lines and put up new drywall to cover up the water and electrical damages. The tenant lost personal belongings and Cruise Property Management who holds the lease does not take responsibility for the losses or passes the loss on to the property owners.The owners, JSN **********, LLC have a 10 year mortgage with ******************* so they have to have property insurance to cover this incident and losses. Cruise Property Management is a low grade unprofessional property management company who represents owners who most likely are unaware of the unlawful acts this company has been doing. With class A companies out there like ************** Lang Mgt, Oasis Management could provide a more professional service in **********, *******. Cruise Property Management has no physical office address, they operating out of a PO Box in ***********, ******* but their corporate records show a lawyers office in **********, ******* who confirmed he does not represent or share his office with Cruise Property Management. All employees are working remotely.
