    DO NOT HIRE **** ***** BROWARD. My project was to begin anytime after March 15, 2023 and I allowed them to proceed at their speed and discretion as long as it was completed by end of October 2023 in time for my return. After repeated attempts to have them start the project, they finally started it in July. The warning signs came early. Not much movement in task completion. Workers would come and go without too much progress. It was only when I called **** ***** management (on several occasions) did I see any SLOW progress. The writing on the wall was obvious. They would NEVER get the condo ready in time for my return. The project manager was inexperienced. Monitoring of the tasks was rare. Sub contractors for plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs and painting was below standard. I could list some specifics about poor workmanship in the areas of electrical, plumbing, general restoration, painting, flooring issues, stolen items, workers punctuality, missing deadlines but this site will not accommodate all my details It has been 11 months of stress, arguments and complaints and it is still not completed. It’s a good thing I still have the final payment in my pocket until all is completed. That said….. STAY AWAY FROM **** ***** Broward organization…. unless you enjoy having your life turned upside down, unless you enjoy dealing with sub standard quality of work, incompetent sub contractors and inexperienced project managers.
