We sent you an email on 09/19/2023 requesting payment for work done on 09/08/2023 and you replied that you were sending a check. We waited until 10/05/2023 and sent another email letting you know that we had not received payment. Again we waited for a check or a response. Finally on 10/17/2023 we emailed you this "Unfortunately, we have not received this payment and we have attempted to contact you with no response. Please make payment or we will be forced to start a property lean process". Which was a professional response to not receiving payment or a response from you. Your review was not warranted.
