              I signed a contract for building a swimming pool in ground on 10/19/2021. It is now 5/30/2023 and my pool has not been completed, we are three days away from it being completed and the owner of Above And Beyond Pools told me it didnt look good that he could finish our pool, that was 3:00pm on5/27/2023. I have made numerous texts and phone calls and they refuse to answer.I went to their residence only for them to call ********** Police on **** have given them every draw they requested, and went as far to write them a check to purchase my pool equipment. My wife is having difficulties with brain injury and I have a pool without completion and concerns about her going outside and falling in. Please Help, *******

              Above and Beyond pools of ********** and ************** has abandoned our pool that they were to build. Common complaint they won't answer our phone calls, Texts messages or E-mails. The owners are also very much Liars and I do believe they enjoy lying to their customers. After numerous attempts to talk to them we were forced to find another company to finish our pool we got no replies and constant ignore. A word to the wise don't hire these two to build your pool. They do not employ people to do the work it is all done with subcontracting. Owners will tell you this is not true as they told us the same thing, but it is a matching story to others on BBB. Be smart and stay away From Above and Beyond Pools. If you are told this is not true it is just another lie by the owners of Above and Beyond Pools. Prior to this complaint I was also contacted by the electric company they used for our pool, and they didn't pay them. I had to give them one star to get this complaint out to warn others of their bad business skills and their ability to lie. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable pool company! I would have given this pool company a zero!
