    I did not get the service I paid for . I feel I should get a refund because I paid for two day delivery and did not get the service I paid for. A guarnteed 2-day delivery service. I paid $75.05 and did not get the service I paid for. I would like a refund.

    I went to this store August 7th to mail a small package to my brother for his birthday. I had a sealed birthday card with a green envelope with a card and two $50 bills inside. There were two pair of eyeglasses and three bottles of vitamins. The box was prepared with the items inside but not closed and set aside while I paid. When the package was received by my brother on Wednesday, he told me there was no envelope, just a card, no cash, and the eyeglasses and vitamins. Only the original tape put on by the store. Not previously opened or resealed. I called the store and spoke to a man who was not surprised by my accusation. I told him to have the owner contact me. No one contacted me as of Aug 12. Either he did not report this to the owner, or they are already aware. I asked for the tape for that day to review and was told that they are erased after 48 hours. I guess no one reviews the tapes. I have reported this to the ********** Police as well as the Better Business Bureau. *******************************
