Terrible experience with a always right ignorant attitude. Disrespectful. Even went as far as changing the website and stating I had mistaken their advertisement. I luckily had old tabs open and now saved to verify. Lost all trust. Couldn't imagine they uphold any integrity with warranties. Phone number doesn't even give you the sales support like some kind of shell.

We work hard to provide excellent service and ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. While the vast majority of our customers are honest and fair, we occasionally encounter situations that are disappointing including, unfortunately, instances of clear abuse of our return policy and plain fraud.
In this case, the customer requested a return based on claims that were not supported by the condition of the product and chose to keep essential components such as the aluminum benches and oars. Our return policy is straightforward: customers are welcome to return items if theyre not satisfied, but all components must be returned and shipping costs are the customers responsibility. Appropriate refund was issued.
Incidents like this are rare but do create unnecessary cost and burden for everyone. We remain committed to fair, transparent service and deeply value the support of our honest customers.

We provided our address to *******, ** but based on the DETAILED ***** Tracking history the shipment was picked up by ***** on Monday, 10/7, but the barcode label was unreadable and replaced. Never was an attempt to deliver in our residence. After several emails, they agreed on Providing us a providing us a full refund of our money but when our ********** reached out them, they declined the refund. Below is a detail of the tracking history obtained from the ***** website.Tuesday, 10/08, another notice that the barcode label was unreadable and replaced. Wednesday, 10/09, states that tried to deliver but to what address? Does not state that a notice was left at the door. We have contacted our credit card and have notified them about not receiving the merchandise and we formally cancelled our order #XXXXX0348 due to the fact that they did not deliver the merchandise as promised Almost 2 months passed by and we are still trying to recover our money $1,282.93, from this company Do yourself a favor and dont buy from this website. This business does not provide live customer support and ask that all correspondence be through email for documentation purposes. I understand why because their site is a bait and switch site. I bought a fishing kayak on the BoatstoGo clearance site where they were lightly used or demo products. I ordered the 13' FK396L Fishing Kayak that is designed for streams and creeks and has a reinforced bottom and I took a screen shot of the cart prior to ordering since there was one left.I received a confirmation email the next day and they filled it with the 13' ***FK396L Ocean Fishing Kayak and I did not realize the difference in models. I unfortunately, did not catch the *** preceding the FK396L. I took a screenshot prior to ordering and the screenshot clearly stated the FK396L model with a reinforced bottom. I shared this screenshot with customer support and instead of addressing the issue they sent me a link to a clearance site that I clearly did not order from and told me that is what I ordered. I was then told that I could return the kayak, but I will be required to pay the shipping, $49 both ways. I then asked if they still had the kayak available that I sent the screenshot and asked if I can receive that model and return this one. Every time I ask for the replacement, I get no response. Obviously, the website did not display the correct model and I am sure I am not the only person who did not catch the model change. What bothers me the most is that they are quick to put the blame on the customer and dismiss the issue even when the customer presents a screenshot of what they know was ordered. I learned a valuable ******* if a business chooses to communicate only through email, they do not follow normal business practices for a reason. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!

In this matter, the customer placed an order for an item through our website, which prominently displayed the model number. Following the order placement, the customer received an invoice confirming the model number of the purchased item. Furthermore, the customer acknowledges that the item was purchased from a clearance page, where only one model was available, corresponding to the item in question.

However, despite these clear indications, it appears that the customer failed to exercise due diligence in confirming the details of the item being ordered and the information provided on the invoice. The customer's misunderstanding regarding the ordered item does not relieve them of their responsibility to review and confirm their purchase prior to completion.

Subsequently, in recognition of the customer's dissatisfaction, we have extended an offer for the return and refund of the item. Nevertheless, the customer asserts that the company should bear responsibility for their error and inattentiveness. We maintain that the terms of the transaction were clearly presented and that the company has fulfilled its obligations in providing the correct item as ordered. While we empathize with the customer's situation, we cannot accept liability for their failure to accurately assess the details of their purchase.

We remain committed to resolving this matter amicably and invite the customer to engage in further dialogue to explore potential resolutions within the confines of our existing policies and legal obligations.

I placed an order on **** for a Kaboat via BoatsToGo.com. On **** my credit card was charged $1198. A few minutes after the charge went through I received an email stating that there was a problem with the credit card charge, specifically "AVS verification response Five digit ZIP matches, Address (Street) does not". I also see that they truncated "*******" to "GA", the reason for the mismatch. Then the scam came... Further down the page I find this:Please submit the following:1)Picture of your Driver ***************** of back of your credit card. No need for front of card.3)Signed invoice, with signature matching both driver license and back of credit card.Simply print and sign invoice, place driver license and back of credit card at the bottom of invoice, make clear picture with cell phone while holding it horizontally, so that invoice is fully visible, and then email them to **"This is clearly a scam to gather personal and financial information from unsuspecting customers. Run, don't walk from Boats To Go and BoatsToGo.com, they are clearly engage in deceptive and possibly illegal practices.

Customer placed order for expensive merchandise, with value well over $1000, with shipping address that did not matched card billing, and what looked like fraudulent transaction. Provided shipping address was *** mail box store. Due to high value of merchandise, and suspicion of credit card being stolen, we requested customer to provide picture of signed invoice, along with back of credit card to match signature. As per credit card requirements, in order for merchant to be protected against chargeback and fraud, merchants required to either ship to verified credit card billing address, or have on file signed invoice with signature matching credit card. That is standard credit card polices and outlined in our Payment Policy that is published and available. Negative customers review was left in retaliation of failed credit card fraudulent transaction.

I have been using Boatstogo for the past 5 years for all my inflatables, they are great. The support team gets back really quickly and is helpful. The website is easy to use and the prices are very fair. I have owned several Saturn inflatables and they turned out to be really good, strong build quality and rich feature set for my needs.
