Refund and Exchange Policy
World of Luxury strives to provide the highest levels of customer service to their clients. All products are authentic, guaranteed to be brand new, never used, with original papers and warranty and are backed by their 30-day money back guarantee. If a customer is not completely satisfied with a purchase, please notify World of Luxury of any problems with the order by phone or via email within 7 days and return within 30 calendar days from the original shipment date. Returned item must be delivered to their office address by the 30th calendar day after shipping date.

Returned Item Condition
Return the item purchased in the original new and unused condition, unworn and unaltered, in the original packaging, with all original paperwork, blank warranty cards, manuals, parts and accessories. "New and unused" condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; tags and protective stickers have not been removed; there are no signs of wear on the product or the case; and the product must not have been re-sized or altered in any way. Upon receipt of returned item, World of Luxury will fully inspect the product and if it comes back in the original new and unused condition, will process refund, less 10% restocking fee of the full order amount. World of Luxury cannot accept returns on items with visible signs of wear, abuse, or otherwise altered or tampered with. Please note that watch can be dinged and scratched even if worn for only a few hours. World of Luxury cannot accept a return of any item with any signs of wear and issue a full refund (less restocking fees). If the watch was use or altered, World of Luxury will apply a minimum of 20% restocking fee which they consider to be the difference between a brand new, unworn watch and a pre-owned used watch (even if worn only once).

Returned Item Shipment
World of Luxury ships all watches and jewelry items via UPS with insurance for the full value of the product. The business expects the same level of security and shipping when shipping the package back. All returns must be shipped with a traceable courier such as UPS or USPS. Please do not ship via FedEx, as FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued above $500.00. Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount of credit expected. Collect shipping will be refused. If a package is shipped uninsured and it gets lost, World of Luxury cannot be held liable.

Specials Orders Return Policy
World of Luxury gladly assists clients in providing special orders of products that currently are not in stock. A "Special Order" is an item that the company currently does not have in stock and has to specially order from their distributor. Please note that special orders are not subject to the standard return policy. Special orders are not returnable or exchangeable except due to defects or discrepancies. If an item is a special order item, customers will be notified at the time of purchase.
