1 starWas looking to buy a car and wanted to get a report for said car. EpicVIN advertised I can get a report for $1, so I signed up. for a single report. They charged the $1 A couple of days later, they charged me $99.99 and refused to refund when requested. I only used the one report which I was charged the $1 for and never visited the site again. I am not the only one these people have scammed. 1 starI have attempted to contact this company through many different platforms. My vehicle, that I own has a salvage declaration by epic vin. I have provided them with a copy of the title, a Carfax report and an auto check report trying to illustrate the information they are reporting is inaccurate. They actually told me that I had to purchase a report in order to fix any errors that may be reported. This has bait and switch all over it!!Review fromkennedy r

1 starDespite cancelling my trial and showing clearly that my account has remained inactive, EpicVIN has repeatedly charged me $99.99/month. I have contacted EpicVIN support multiple times via email and live chat, and provided:Screenshots of my dashboard showing No active ****************** confirmations of account registration tied to my email addresses.Screenshots of charges and timestamps, including the original $1 trial charge and subsequent $99.99 charges.Last 4 digits of my card, full name, and exact dates of transactions.Despite this, the company:Claimed no account exists under my name, then reversed and said it was under another unknown email (very strange email), which I have no affiliation with.Gave contradictory explanations across agents: they first claimed no subscription was found, then later said my subscription was just now canceled when I had already shown proof it had been canceled months ago.Told me to "contact my bank" instead of addressing the active proof I sent directly.Ignored previous screenshots and changed their rationale repeatedly (gaslighting tactics).Failed to investigate or refund unauthorized charges and strange email address they sent to me despite multiple contacts.I also received a message from EpicVINs representative, *****, stating they had no record of my cancellation, even though I had submitted the cancellation confirmation in April. Screenshots confirm my account was inactive, and that I attempted to resolve this issue at that time months prior to their acknowledgement.Most importantly: I never reactivated the subscription, and I have clear documentation showing I was logged in, inactive, and still charged.I have escalated and sent everything to my bank.EpicVin Inc.

1 starThese guys run a calibrated scam.A $1 report, turns into an automated $99 charge in 3 days if you do not go log back in and cancel. We did not see the email come through to cancel, and got hit with the $99 charge. Yes, our oversight, but this is a deceptive practice by ************************* frustrating!EpicVin Inc.

1 starI paid for a $1 vin check and they charged me the first time for $99 without telling me. I disputed this with my bank and changed the new card. But they still charged the second time for $99 and $25. I disputed this with my bank again. Don't use them they are scam.EpicVin Inc.
