I purchased a car from this business on a car auction service. The company failed to disclose any mechanical damage which is standard under any engine damage of vehicles. They did not listed anything related to engine's condition. When I received the vehicle in ********, the car wouldn't start up. I had it towed to my mechanic. After inspection of engine compartment, my mechanic found out that whoever put up the car for sale had cut off the ground terminal on it, along with tho harnesses ( one connected to the positive side of the battery terminal and one more connected to the brake booster of vehicle). In other words the car had been tampered to prevent people from starting it. But the major issue was found on the engine, resulting on a locked inoperative engine. My mechanic determined that the car presumably had an oil leak (shown in the undercarriage of vehicle), Bottom of it was full of oil residue, a clear indication that at one point the car was driven with a big oil leak, resulting in the engine failure.I contacted the company ( A Better Bid LLC) immediately after my mechanic informed me of the issue. The company would not take responsibility for that problem, I asked to take the car back since they failed to disclose the mechanical damage but I encountered a negative response from them, alleging that the cars do not have any warranty and they sell as is. I pointed out to them that the vehicle was never listed as a mechanical damage but that didn't seem to matter to them. Please help me get my money back from this company as I spend $17,841 on this vehicle, and they acted in a fraudulent way as is a false advertisement of vehicle. My phone# **************. Please email me, text me or call me. I'd be happy to talk to you in regards of this matter

this information describe fraudulent misrepresentation that's being run by ********************. i recently won this auction at ****************** Lot # ******** on 11/14/2022 and completed the purchased thru a.better.bid. on Its for a 2015 s550 being represented as it runs. which means that car can be turned on. can idle. - this 2015 s550 does not run - does not idle - this 2015 s550 is beyond repairable condition - this 2015 s550 was bundled from different auto parts just enough to make it to the auction and make it look as complete to resell for a fraudulent profit . as an example: front end is from a 2008 w204 ******** benz, (pictures attached) radiator is from a 2008 w204 ******** benz, (pictures attached) frame was realigned and just connected with one screw, (pictures attached) engine oil retainer was glued, (pictures attached) hoses are all cut, (pictures attached) electric wires all damaged, (pictures attached) both front headlight are burnt and broken, glued and many other things to list, this car has sustained an enormous accident with a severe damage that put it beyond repairable condition- its 100% totalled.this is fraudulent misrepresentation being run by copart with another dealer doing illegal assembly of cars from different car parts just enough to make it look legit to the public and selling it at that auction with copart assistance for a fraudulent profit.

I bought a 2011 *** 335i for ******* on 01/12/2023 and I have paid in full for the car and now have the vehicle in my possession. A Better Bid LLC (*******) has sent me e-mails to complete the ***SIGN NOW" electronic ********s on their website to release Ownership title of the car and send to me. However ******* has included on last page of ********s a " Not *************** ********** have sent them e-mails and called them numerous times to let the company know that I do not want to sign this ******** as I wish to protect my rights and I have e-mailed them all the sales ********s on 02/06/2023 related to purchase agreements and facts about the car being sold "AS IS - No Warranty" and they still are sending me e-mail alerts every day to complete the " **SIGN NOW" process to receive the Owner title.I am very disappointed that they would force me into signing this ******** in a manner that refuses to release the Ownership Title unless I sign the "Not to ***" e-******** to complete the process. This process cannot be completed until every 10 pages are sign on their website. It appears that this is a new type of ******** developed for their own liabilities and not mine. As a consumer I believe that this liability should not be placed on me, however should be upon ******* to provide my ownership title ******** without having to sign the "Not to Sue" ********** am attaching the ********s that I have sent to ABB by e-mail for the ***SIGN NOW" on their website. When you go to this website and start the e-sign process, you are not be able to complete the process if you do not sign all the ********s.I am seeking your help in resolving this issue as I have recently encountered similar " Not to sue" ******** and I later learned, I am within my right to NOT SIGN this ********. This ******** has nothing to do with protecting my rights. Could ******* send me the car Ownership Title or refund the purchase price of car if they intend to retain car title indefinitely.

Dear BBB, I need your help to resolve a situation with A Better Bid LLC. The issue is related to damage to the front bumper of my car, fraudulently forging my signature, and refusing to reimburse me for the repair/replacement cost of the bumper. Replacing the bumper is the pressing issue. On 11/03/2022, I bought a 2011 *** 750Li Alpina B7 from Copart auto auction using A Better Bid as my broker. The car was picked up on Monday 11/7/2022 and delivered on Tuesday evening, 11/8/2022. Upon unloading the car, the delivery driver damaged the front bumper. The driver acknowledged that he damaged the bumper. He refused to give me his insurance information and said that I need to contact the broker about the damage. I contacted A better Bid at *********************************** I received a message from ****** who seems to work for BIDUX based on the number that she called me at ************* on 11/11/2022. They forged a digital copy of my signature on the Bill of Landing that states the car was delivered with no damage(s) which was not true. This is a serious crime. I never signed anything with the driver. I took pictures of the driver, his truck, and my damaged front bumper the night of the incident. I contacted the brokers insurance company ***************** **** to report the issue and found out that their insurance expired on 11/03/2022. Based on these facts, ****** agreed to reimburse me for the loss. She kept asking me to send her an INVOICE. Finally, on Friday 11/11/22, I spoke with ****** and told her that I cannot create an invoice since she did not make a purchase with me. She agreed to receive a quote to purchase the front bumper and fees to paint/install it. After I sent her the quote, she refused to cooperate with me. I still have not heard from her. I need to be reimbursed for my loss. Im a fair person. Filing a police report for the signature fraud and other court documents is my last resort if they refuse to cooperate with you and I.

On July 08, 2022 I Summit a bit for a working vehicle on the site "A BETTER BIT" . It was a live rapid auction and the description was indication that it is a working vehicle and when i wont the bit and click on the details the description change to a wrecked car, only selling for parts. this company is holding me responsibility for their wrong doing, and have my account locked down with $800.00 deposit. I need to get this situation resoled and my $800.00 return to me ASAP. This seems like its an on-goin trend for this company, after having serval conversation with different accounts holders.Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
