    On April 5, 2024, I placed an order for 3 sunglasses totaling $49.88. I received the sunglasses on or around May 8 and the sunglasses were NOT as described and as the pictures show on the website. I, first, submitted a request via the company's 'Contact' form on their website requesting assistance on how the company would like to resolve the issue of me not receiving what was advertised. I never received a response. I then followed up via email on May 16 (screenshots provided) and on May 25 (screenshot provided) where I requested a refund for the money I paid - never received a response. The company states they have a 30-day return policy and to initiate a return, one can email *************************. I simply would like my money back as I did NOT receive what was advertised on the Design by Ella website.

    This place of business will accept your order then become completely unresponsive. There have been no updates on my order or any resolution in a month.
