I called R.J. requesting a maintenance service for my water heater. A technician came out, hooked a hose to the water heater, drained it for 5min and said the anode rod was 20% used. How could anyone possibly know how used the anode rod is unless you take it out of the water heater and PHYSICALLY inspect it. He was here for a total of 10min of “work” and proceeded to charge me $300. All he did was drain the heater with a hose for 5min and then tell me I wasn’t getting ripped off for another 5min. Absolutely horrible service, buyers beware.

**************** Service call was prompt (next day) to come out on a plumbing call. Their service techs are very professional and explain things very easily for the customer to understand. We also use them for our HVAC contract service. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Their pricing for their different types of services they perform is very reasonable as well.Our service technician was excellent !!Review from Robert G

I was pleasently surprised and I appreciated the prompt and very professional service that was performed by your technician ******************* today. He completed a cramped and very difficuly garbage disposal installtion in a timely manner, then instructed me as to the proper care and maintenance so that it would continue to run problem free in the future.I'm completely satisfied with the service I recieved today and will look to and recommend RJ Kielty in any future plumbing/HVAC needs ....... I moved to New Port Richey approx. 1 1/2 yrs ago. I grew up in the building trades and my experiences w contractors here has been poor at best. A friend suggested I contact Kielty for my plumbing/propane issue. My technician was a man named ****** ******. He was highly qualified and supplied the solution to my problem in short order. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who’s knowledgeable and hardworking. August will be the person I contact for all my future needs.
