      We show on February 29, 2024 **************** entered himself into our sweepstakes offer online. You initially pay $9.97 to be entered. By entering, you agree to pay $9.97 the day you place your order for a guaranteed placement in the contest to win.

      If you do not win, you will be billed after 2 days to enter the main contest to win, and 1 contestant will be chosen out of the 100 to win. There forth, every 30 days, you will be entered to win for the price of $125.29 monthly for $125.29 USD conveniently from your billing source to enter the 2024 giveawayglory.com and INCREASING your chance to win by 50%. You also receive a $250 gift card to the best consumers gadget club on the web, by being a member you will receive it every month with access to *********************** on hundreds of products!

      This is why **************** was billed. We also show he did a chargeback through his bank, so he has already been refunded via his bank. Once there is a chargeback on an account, we no longer have access to do anything on the account. We hope this helps clarify any misunderstanding caused and we can ensure this account is cancelled and refunded.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have never in my lifetime entered any form or type of online sweepstakes.  I have 30+ years in the legal field and Im too intelligent to do something that risky, especially online where you cant see to whom youre sending money.  

      1.  The 2/29/24 fraudulent charge was immediately disputed; my credit card company credited back the money; on June 27, 2024, the credit card company received some unreliable, incorrect documents from Patriot Office Depot; the credit card company subsequently RE-charged my credit card.  Absolutely nothing was ever done about the second fraudulent transaction of 5/2/24.

      2.  The attached response from Patriot, starting with the very sentence, is patently false in its entirety.  Based on their own deceptive response, I should have been charged as follows: 

      2/29/24 - $9.99

      4/1/24 - $125.29

      5/1/24 - $125.29

      6/1/24 - $125.29

      7/1/24 - $125.29

      8/1/24 - $125.99

      They billed me only once after the alleged sweepstakes entry ($9.99) on May 2, 2024 in the amount of $9.99.  Based on their ridiculous response, they would have charged and collected $659.94 and not a paltry $19.98.

      I was forced to pay these fraudulent charges, interest on them, and late fees while waiting for the dispute to be decided. The additional charges lie solely in the hands of Patriot Office Depot.  Sending false or unsubstantiated documents in response to my dispute are criminal!

      I will be seeking assistance from my Florida Attorney Generals office in order to receive the full refund of $19.98, and to shut their money collecting scam down!  Ill seek additional assistance from the federal government that prosecutes Elder Abuse and crimes against the disabled.

Unfortunately, once there is a chargeback, we do not have any kind of an option to issue a refund, due to the customer already being refunded by their bank. Please see attached screenshot showing there is chargebacks on the only charges we have billed for. ****************************************

      I am rejecting this response because:  Although the 2 transactions were charged back, they neglected to inform you that both the $49.99 and the $9.97 were RE-charged on my card and the money was returned to the merchant.  Ive received no form of refund for the two $9.97 charges or the two $49.99 charges.  I closed my Destiny credit card account in July because of all of this fraudulent activity. Accordingly, I demand a full refund of $99.98 AND $19.94 by check mailed directly to me at *********************************************************************

      I clicked a pop up that said I won a Yetti cooler. All Ihad to do was to pay for shipping. After filling out the shipping and paying the fee there was another pop up that said Id have a chance to win it. Low and behold I checked my account and was charged 9.97 from Patriot Office Depot. There was another charge for Pawfectlypurposed.com for *****. I do not even have pets. I seen Patriot Office Depot charged me a total amount of ******, but that amount declined. I want my money back right now! This company is being ran by theives! I tried to contact the company by the phone number they posted, but it doesnt work. The link to cancel doesnt work either! My bank refuses to refund the money. I refuse to be taken advantage of!

      We do not show any contact with our company via email or by calling into customer service. Not to worry, I have gone ahead and canceled the account. The confirmation is C- D86691557D. I have also issued a refund back to the same card that was billed the $57.99. Refunded txn: ********** for $57.99.

      Unfortunately, we are unable to process the $9.97 as **************** has already been entered into the first sweepstakes. We hope this helps clarify any misunderstanding caused and we can ensure this account is cancelled and refunded.

      I checked my bank statement 2/22/24. I saw charges of $99.97 to Patroitofficedepotcom posted on 2/20/24 and $9.97 to Patriotofficedepotcom posted on 2/21/24. I never heard of this company and I did not make any transactions with them. I called my bank and put in a dispute. My account was on hold and I had to get a new bank card. My bank returned the funds 2/28/24 and started a research regarding the dispute.On 5/28/24 my bank determined no error occurred, stating "The merchant has provided information indicating transaction(s) was not successfully cancelled." Therefore my account was debited the amounts of $99.97 + $9.97. There was no transactions I have not received any goods or services from this company.I also attempted to reach out to this company. The website is bogus and looks like a high schooler put it together. The company address is to a single family home. The ** Box address doesn't seem to exist. The phone number is not in service to this day. I tried to reach out with the email requesting my money and had no response.The resolution I want is the return of my money.

      We show on February 19, 2024, Ms. ******* entered into our sweepstakes offer.where you initially pay $9.97. I you do not win you are entered into the main contest for $125.29. This is all stated in the terms and conditions prior to submitting your entry. We do show two contacts with our company. Both via email where Ms. ******* requested to cancel her account. Emails were on June 03, 2024 and June 05, 2024. Email made into customer service, we replied. Second email made into customer service in regards to the email we replied to Ms. ******* sent us a response. We do have confirmation of communication back and forth between MS. ******* and customer service.

      Unfortunately, Ms *******, stated she disputed the charges through her bank, as well as they provided the funds back to her. Once an account is flagged as chargeback, we have no way to process a refund, only note the account. I hope this information helps! We can ensure the account is canceled and no further shipments or charges will occur from our company.
