      This company is a complete SCAM, they work under NAFMD, ABGsmiles.com, they have several phone numbers to scam people from including *********** *********** **********. I assumed this company was honest because I had them years ago, i was wrong. I signed up for a DISCOUNT plan not INSURANCE, $74.95 for dental and $24.95 for vision neither plan was used, no claim was every submitted to them, i called to cancel about a week after enrolling, a day or two after it became active i cancelled after having coverage under my husbands policy, on one the first website that comes up when you search their number on ******* www1.**********.com is where it states you can cancel WITHIN 30 days of enrollment, when i called to cancel they said i didnt qualify for a refund (strange) they provided no reasoning, on a later call i asked about the terms and condition for cancellation or refunds very unpleasant woman by the name is **** (no last name or employee number because they dont have any and shes the only ****) i was advised they DONT have ANY terms and conditions on their site, which i show i found their next scamming site of: ABGsmiles.com. Needless to say i gifted them almost $100 AND I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

      ****************** was never enrolled in ********** plan. She was enrolled in the Solstice HMO fully insured plan and the Solstice Vision fully insured plan. None of which are discount plans. ****************** has been an on again and off again client of ours for years since 2018. During her most recent enrollment she disputed the $24.95 and the $74.95 with her bank prior to us being able to refund the charges and cancel the account per her request. Once a dispute is issued a refund cannot be issued until the dispute is settled. ****************** called in yesterday and wanted to "re-enroll online". We advised she cannot due to the state of her current situations and the dispute with her bank. She became very angry and irate with my team. She then requested a review of her dispute and stated that her bank took the money back from her and gave it back to us and she wanted the refund. After reviewing her request we have found that the dispute has been settled in our favor and we have received funds back. So we have refunded ****************** for both charges as of today 07/14/2023. Her accounts will remain cancelled and not eligible for re-enroll.

      I was offered a service (dental insurance) that was never rendered. I asked them several times for an insurance card, which was only offered after I made them aware that I didn't want to use their services anymore. I asked for a refund of my monies that I sent to them, and, after that, I was not able to contact them anymore. This company contacted me approximately one month ago, attempting the exact same scam, and, once I announced that I was aware of their scam, the individual who called, immediately disconnected the phone call. I am disabled, and, I just wanted to recoup my funds that were scammed from me through their inactivity, and lies.

      This member enrolled with in July of 2020 for a fully insured dental plan, he cancelled in April of 2021 and has been cancelled since. This member last paid in April of 2021 when he had an active plan. He has not been enrolled since then or charged by our company since that April 2021. This member is not due a refund at this time. Have a great day.

      Yesterday I got a call from a medical dental insurance seller and at first I talked with this Asian woman then she transferred me to this woman called Sarah to talked to me about their benefits and service plans at first it sounded good but deep down inside I know things didn't seem right they charged me 30 dollars for a enrollment fee and then they charged me 34 dollars for their benefits and service plan they charge my card at 6:20am today and they wanted to charge me another 32 for the rest of their benefit plans on October 10th of this year but I don't want their benefits or service plan because it sounds like a big scam to me and reading everyone else complaints made me believe me it is a scam

      My name is ******** ******, I had dental insurance with Association for Medical And Dental Inc. For two years .Everytime my dentist sent them a I think it's called A prerequisite form they denied it,again this was two years ago I paid 97 a month and not once would they cover any procedure, and they were the ones that sent me to that specific dentist .I understand that I needed a lot of work but I wanted something done ,anything . They gave me many reasons why they wouldn't cover it , The paper work was blurry.or they didnt receive anything from my dentist ,and never did. I called spoke with Jenifer many times and supervisor named Chase Foster.I called and canceled in January of this year . I ended up getting another insurance ( cigna) . Since I waited all this time my now dentist says if I had come in a year ago SOMETHING could be done . But now he wants to pull all my teeth out . When I could have taken care of this 2 years ago . The thought of having to take my teeth out every single night when I go to bed is a TERRIBLE thought . I cant eat or sleep I'm so embarrassed to go anywhere for the Thought of smiling. I cry every day just the thought of having to remove all my teeth is heart breaking. .I spoke with Chase and asked for my premiums back he said no . I told him I was going to go to BBB and he said If I did he would cancel my now insurance. I said your threatening me he said I can see that your up for a procedure if you go to BBB we will drop your cigna insurance ,and you'll have nothing . I still am going to have to remove all my teeth The thought of that is devastating. Now there's nothing I can do about it . I cant afford to get implants I'm a martial artist I have to use a mouthpiece, but I'm no able too.I also had vision through them. They sent me to an optometrist, that didnt take solstices or NAF/MD Or ***** Vision so many names . I had to fight for the premiums back for that .They said it would be returned which was 4 month. But they could only do 20 a month . I have fought tooth ,well I guess I cant say tooth and nail . For 2 years they are rude, they hang up on me .they offered me 6 month back , I SAID NO. I should take you to court for what I'm going through now. I have lost so much weight because I cant eat .They hung up on me. I am so stressed out from this .My ID # was XXXXXXXXXXXX Please Help Me .       I do not even remember taking a phone call that sold me a dental plan. I might have told someone to send information; however, I don't recall having actually bought one. I am very upset by several calls of this kind that are preying on senior adults during this "open enrollment" period of Medicare. I or my husband, who has dementia, could have had such a call, gotten confused, and was taken advantage of by the caller. On 10/13/21, I received a letter from National Association for Medical & Dental which had no date on it and identifying me as Customer ID# CAPXXXXXX, The letter states that the 1st month's payment of $38.95 will be drafted on the 5th of each month, effective November, 2021, and will come out under the company name of Association Benefits Dental ************* I called this company to request cancellation, and was given a sales pitch, trying to "sell" me on the "wisdom" of the plan and "investment for my health". I had to become forceful, too, in order to get the response I wanted, and that was to cancel the plan. I want to block this from going through my account, but I don't even know how they would have my bank account number or credit card number. I am very upset with practices and tactics such as this, and would like to have them stopped. I am asking that this company, National Association for Medical & Dental, be contacted on my behalf and that they be informed that I am NOT making any payments for their dental plan nor will I be keeping the policy they have issued me. Thank you very much for your assistance in this matter. ******** ********

You provided us with all your information including your payment information. You plan was due to become effective on 11/01/2021 you never made a payment nor did we ever charge you due to you calling back in on 10/14/2021 requested to cancel and spoke with Lisa who cancelled your account that day. All Lisa tried to do was explain your benefits because you seemed confused. We do not use high pressure sales tactics or take advantage of senior citizens as most of our clients are over the age of 65. I am sorry for your experience with our company and assure you that your account was cancelled back on 10/14/2021 per your request prior to you ever being billed. There is no refund due as we never charged you and We will never charge you. We wish you all the best in finding the best fit for all your dental and vision needs.
