    Worst company around you have been Warned i pay for 5 trash cans to be picked up that's what i pay for they refused to pick up 3 of my 5 cans said they were not mine funny i put them there they constantly don't pick up the trash leave a mess behind the customer service team just blow's people off i have been in there complaining about the service when they are laughing and Joking about the customers they do not value the people that pay for there Jobs or the service they are to provide to the Public and are county officials do nothing about this company.

    we take trash sharing serious and this is the case with the above account that was recently closed by the consumer. We made several attempts to go over the ordinance and policy on how many items are allowed per pick up. 2 homes only paying for 1 service.

    I am writing to address the recent issues regarding trash collection service. This is not the case. We have been a customer and have owned both properties for over 18 years, consistently utilizing your service. According to county regulations, we are allowed five cans or five bags of trash per pickup. I have already confirmed with the County Commissioners that the policy you cited is neither a county regulation nor a recognized issue. They are currently reaching out to your company regarding this matter. Regardless of the container source, my paid service contract allows for five cans or five bags of trash per pickup. Due to this recurring issue and the misrepresentation of county regulations, I have canceled my service with your company and contracted with another provider, who has also confirmed that this is not a county regulation.     My refrigerator broke several weeks ago, and I had lots of garbage to dispose of. On three separate occasions, Pasco Hauling ripped off the lid of my garbage can and threw it on the lawn. They refused to take the garbage as it was “overweight.” Even after weeks of consolidating the garbage into separate containers, they just place the note and refuse to do their jobs. It’s turning the HOA neighborhood into a dump. We pay top dollar for garbage removal to prevent rats and other vermin, and here you have employees that refuse to do their part. I need this garbage removed immediately. This company is disgraceful

    Once again Waste Connections at Pasco County failed to pick-up my trash yesterday. In fact, they did not pick up one whole side of my neighborhood. There is always an excuse but, never a solution and when you do get through to customer service, after holding for fifteen minutes, REMOVEDblames you for your trash not being picked up. I have written numerous messages to their on line service and no ever gets back to you. There is a reason why there are so many bad reviews and this company not being credited by the BBB. I doubt if I will get a response from this or anyone will ever pick up the phone. A unhappy paying customer for monthly service!
