    THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS LASH STUDIO! I was a client for several months for eye lash extensions. I was pleased with the product. But decided to cancel my appointment and future appointments. I just decided to go natural. this was in Sept 2022 The gal that answered my call cancelled all my future appointment and (she said) she removed my CC that they keep on file. Well I rarely look at my auto withdrawal account but did so the other day only to find out they have been charging my card on a regular basis. (to the tune of $659.95) I called the establishment (located in Trinity) and have left a couple messages for *****, the owner/ boss/ person as well as their accounting person. Neither have returned my calls. I reached out to my bank, and they are doing what they can. Unfortunately some of the charges fell past the time frame to dispute. I was hopeful that Amazing Lash would step up and realize they have been charging my credit card for someone elses' lashes and credit me back for services I have not received. But to date, they have never returned my call. I would never use them again, and want to warn as many people as possible, to be very careful of a place like this that keeps your personal credit cards on file.
