    I recently had dental work done, i spent over ****** to have my smile better. I had 2 bridges right and left upper teeth, I was missing a tooth on each side. I also crown full arch after bridges. Its 3 months and having 6 front teeth with a gap between the gum and the crown. I have complained several times and many trips back and forth. They dont want to fix the issue. I went to another dentist for a consultation and they said they should be replaced if they originally did the work. Im now having sensitivity, I dont want to have major issues if I dont address the issues.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I originally called February the next appointment was 3/14

    I called the dentist several times finally on 3/14 I was seen by the dentist, she said that its normal to have a space between the crown and the gum line, the tooth underneath is showing.  I have exhausted all measure with the dentist they are willingly to correct this issue.  I went to another dentist  on March 16, Advance dental care for consultation and she said If she originally did the crowns she would replace them. This should not happen after 3 months.  I also just found out on Friday March 31 I tested positive for Covid-19.  So Im not able to pick up X-rays and report.  She is awaiting the results from my claim on BB.   I know I signed consent forms but I should not be having a space between the tooth and gum improperly place crown .  That is what Im told by Advance Dental Care.  If I fix the issue it will cost me ****** a tooth x 6 Ever since I started this dental procedure I have extreme pain.  I guess I will be getting attorney since they are not willing to fix the issue.
