    I went out to the house the day Richard was doing the inspection. Richard is Very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He answered and addressed any and all questions that I had.Upon receiving his report later that afternoon, I was super impressed with the amount of information and detail he included. He also followed up with me Via phone call the next day to go over and answer any questions that I might have had. Richard is a True Professional and definitely on top of his trade. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for top notch service.

    The company was very fast to come out for the inspection. They were excellent with detailed information. Plenty of pictures and explanations were provided. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure there was no misunderstandings with the information provided. I was use them first before any other company
