    5 stars is not enough to give Brooks Remediation. I reached out to Christina during a very tragic moment in our lives, with no idea what steps I needed to take to start with sensitive cleanup of a property. Christina jumped right into action and, with the utmost care and compassion, explained the entire process to me and then took the reins to get everything completed. It was a huge weight lifted off of our shoulders during a time of grief and I will never be able to repay Christina and Debra at Brooks for their work, but most importantly for their genuine care and kindness. 10/10 would highly recommend for any remediation needs. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional.

    Excellent company! Their staff is very informative, professional and courteous. We had a major mold issue due to a plumbing issue in our kitchen. By the time we realized there was even a problem, the lower portion of our cabinetry was damaged, and we started smelling mold/mildew inside the cabinets. We called Brooks Remediation and they were really quick to respond. They sent a supervisor over to our home to take a look at the problem. David was so thorough in explaining everything from beginning to end so we knew what to expect. They helped us start the claims process and handled everything really well with our insurance adjuster.
    I have a whole new respect for people who work in the mold business. It is tough work, and I had no idea all the steps that were involved (if you wanna do the job right). Big thank you to everyone at Brooks!
