    The only response I have received from the company is an offer to cancel the order with a 15% cancellation fee. So basically, this company gets to charge me for using my money for the past 8 months and has no consequences for never making the delivery (this was a pre order where I have seen the item delivered long ago by other vendors.

    They refuse to explain why I need to pay them a cancellation fee when they cannot complete delivery. Its extremely frustrating that they can get away with this.

    This is an ongoing issue that extends all the way to this week. However, I will start with the necessary history.I purchased a pre-order item from this business on 12/1/2020. The item was paid in full and was supposed to be ready and delivered by the "1st quarter of 2021." Over the last three years, this date was regularly changed.I, however, have gotten frustrated by waiting for three full years, so I reached out to the company twice in December of 2023. I requested an explanation or a complete refund. The company has NOT responded to any of my emails.You will see from the screenshot of my order that I supplied that the item was charged and paid for on 12/1/2020. You will see the date of delivery has been updated to the "4th quarter of 2023". This is yet another deadline that has passed.This company has not been able to fulfill an order in the last three years and is refusing to respond to emails about the issue. The company also has changed the delivery date repeatedly over the last three years. I am requesting a full refund of $391.48 on this item.
