- Additional Info:In September 2018, it came to BBB's attention that Hot Beverage Company has received a pattern of consumer complaints concerning Advertising and Contract issues.
Specifically, consumer complaints allege they are promised franchise locations in guaranteed high traffic areas, and that technicians will be sent out to set up and service issues with the machines.
After paying, consumers have found: they have not received the promised franchise location or the franchise location received is not in a high traffic area, and that they have not received the promised technical service for the machines.
BBB has contacted the company in efforts to understand their position on the matter.
The business replied, stating they have
noticed the complaints are coming from the location end of the business, and are working to prevent future issues from happening.
