            The roof and installation went well. However they failed to place 4x8 panels on our cement driveway not one day did they do so over the three days the job took, resulting in costly damage. The cracks went the entire depth of the driveway. This happened months ago *** Kleinberger acknowledged the damage, took photos, and assured us they would have it repaired ASAP After a number of phone conversations and text ****** Kleinberger , the owner visited and assured us it would be repaired. The fact is that nothing has been done and calls and text are no longer being answered by them. They explained that they did not want to use their insurance and would repair the damage without insurance involvement. Today I received a thank you card, singing their praises . They note the following in the card PRIDE, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK is their motto. I can assure you that two of those words do not apply to this Company, HONESTY? INTEGRITY? . The only path available to us is taking legal action. I have never taken legal action against anyone, I am sorry to say that I have to do so.
