    Christie's has gone down hill and customer service is horrible. There was NO Mother's Day Flowers this year for my 87 year old mother because of Christie's Flowers of Naples did NOT do what they promised. We have been a long time customer of Christie's and were told this year's Mother's Day flowers would arrive at my mothers home on Saturday or Sunday morning at the latest. After spending $180, which we paid upfront, the flowers were not only NOT delivered Saturday, they were not delivered by 1:30 PM on Sunday. When I called they were very rude and simply said hopefully they will be there by 5:00 pm or so this evening (Sunday). Considering my mother is 87 and goes to bed early that just does not work and defeats the whole purpose of sending flowers for Mothers "Day". Based on Lack of doing as the promised and their obtrusive and rude customer service we will never use them ever again. DB
