I dealt with **** one of the owners of the company. Ill have to say he was very thorough in his evaluation of my restaurant and felt very comfortable with him until I got his exclusive listing agreement. I have been a businessman for over 35 years and Ill have to say that some of the things in the agreement seemed off to me so I let my attorney review the documents. He had several recommendations and even wanted to let me know that some of the paragraphs in there were very unclear. And my restaurant is also located in ******* and he wanted the laws of ******* to apply in any litigation. What that means is that if we have any issues and it does have to go to arbitration then I must show up in ******* and I dont have time for that. I would advise everyone to take this to an attorney. It will be money well spent. There was quite a few sections in the agreement that I told him I wanted them taken off the table and he would not budge on any of them. He told me let my attorney sell the restaurant for me. He forgets that we are the customer! Im sure hes very successful at what he does but I would advise everybody to be very careful when they sign this agreement and make sure that they understand every section of it.Review from Alfredo Z

Horrible! Justin S***** told me he was it, there is no one else I can speak with above him. I am sending this review to hopefully get in contact with someone else at We Sell Restraunts that can assist me.

Zero respect for a broker who takes no accountability for their own actions / misunderstandings/ miscommunications. As a Canadian this was my first experience dealing with a US broker and as a prospective purchaser, to be spoken to the way Ken spoke to me - I will never use nor recommend this broker. Highly unprofessional and lacks ethics / common courtesy.

I coordinated and attended a showing of a restaurant with this prospect. I followed up with prospect after the showing via email. The prospect had a positive response to location and sent me a list of questions and said she wanted to move forward. I answered all questions and asked for a phone call to discuss "moving forward". More than one week later I received an email that she could not commit to a time for a phone call. Rather, she sent additional questions. I answered these questions immediately and let her know that we had another prospect who was interested and was in serious negotiations for the purchase. Overall, I communicated with the prospect more than 15 times by phone, email or text follow up. The level of commitment, communication and follow through by this broker shows strong attention to professionalism and courtesy.Customer Response

Email is a far more effective (& legally binding) method of communication, and also is a tracking system for communications, widely used in all forms of business today in the year 2021.
The purchaser preferred to communicate this way - however this broker told the purchaser that a telephone call was necessary in order to "move forward".
This is unheard of to the purchaser, and in the end this deal did not go through - and this broker took zero accountability for his actions in this deal falling through.
