- Exchange or return must be in new condition. Return for credit or refund is limited to 30 days from purchase date. A restocking charge of 15% applies to returns 15 days to 30 days from purchase date. No returns accepted without prior written consent. Earpieces are not returnable. All invoices which are past due are subject to a 1.5% service charge (18% Annual Rate). Buyer is also responsible for all legal fees, court costs and collection fees if amount becomes past due.
