    Finishing by baker refinished my pool lining in Dec of 2021. during the winter of 2023 and 2024 i noticed a sediment coming off of the floor and walls that began to appear and clog my filter. I contacted them several times before Mike called me and after several calls back to him he came and looked at my pool. There was a five year guarantee on materials and he said he would contact the supplier to see what the problem was. I made more calls to Mike and he said he would contact them. so, finally, in November, I had ************* come look at at the pool and, as I had suspected, the cement was dissolving. they tested the chemicals and the were perfect....controlled by the.same pool tech that had kept my old liner good for 20 years. so I give baker an emphatic zero all the way around. Clearly, the were not going to honor their work

    No finish put on our pool. Overflow valve doesnt work.
