    I purchased ********** (Hair Growth Blend) 1 (2oz) from Dr. ******************** on July 04, 2024, and still have not received my order. I have emailed several times, and they keep telling me it's on backorder and pending to be shipped. I rechecked today with tracking # ********************** the location is still in *******. I need my money due to not receiving what I ordered and if you can help that would be great because they are not budging or communicating with me. I am starting to think this was a scam website.

    I was charged for a $38.30 for a product and priority shipping on August 9, 2024 for a product. Its been almost 3 weeks and it still hasnt shipped, and *** asked for a refund to no avail.

    On July 1, 2024, Doctor Truth withdrew $94.96 from my account. This was not the agreed-upon amount.When I received the product it was nothing like what was described. The company explained that they were out of the larger jar but the contents of the jar was not a cream, it was a dark brown liquid. I emailed the company, and they answered me once to explain the changes to the product and I asked for a refund. I have not heard from the company since. And, my receipt is for ***** and they charged me 94.96.Thank you *****************************

    Company has conflicting Claims of there products; first they claim it heals and there *** approved Then they say there Not?! I purchased there Bee Eye drops they claim will be delivered in 2 to 5 days and after 5 days and many emails to them about where is my item and what's the Tracking number they Never msg me back then after more emails to them they email me CANCELING Out my order Saying I CANCELED it Out! And that No Refund is GIVEN yet.     On 01/04/23, I purchased a 16 oz. jar of ********** from Doctor Truth website, *************************************************************************. My Order is #****. Discover card was charged a total of $78.30. I never received the product. After six emails over six months (please see copies of emails attached), I finally received a shipment from them, however, they sent the wrong product - - **** Butter. They later claimed that the item was packaged wrong. I am not comfortable using a mislabeled product (if it actually was mislabeled), especially since I had so many issues even receiving an order at all. I repeatedly asked them to send me a prepaid address label so I can return the product and receive the item I ordered. Finally, I started asking for a full refund. I have lost all trust with this company. The company told me multiple times that the item wasn't damaged, so I was not entitled to a refund.(If my complaint is posted, please do not use any of my personal information).
