    I paid this company for a pre-order for ****** and NEVER received my product and they were giving me ***** credit for waiting patiently. Then when I tried contacting them for a refund their email was closed, no phone number, just nothing. That's theft isn't it?

    I made a pre-order purchase on November 26, 2021. I was told the palette would ship on Jan.2nd. January came and went with no shipment of palettes or email notification of any issues. I contacted the merchant and was given a story of delay due to "damaged" palettes, and I was told the palette would ship around June/July. After not receiving anything in June and mid-July, I contacted ******** again. She told me orders were backed up due to the amount she can ship daily. In the queue, I was order *****, and I would receive the palette in September. It's September 28th, I haven't received my palette or any correspondence from the merchant. I contacted the merchant on their new Instagram account, witchybitchshop via DM. She read my message, and never responded.

    I preordered a pallet from this business back in April. She has since shut down business and never shipped out anyones product. This happened to several others as well. The pallet costs $120, I had a discount brining it down to $88. I would like a full refund as the product was never sent and she has shut down business without sending any refund.

    On 10/31/21 I placed an order for the **************************** (pre-order), liner brush, and their mixing medium for $102.75 (Order #****). On their instagram, they'd posted that this was their final restock of the palette, and orders would be shipped after all pre-orders came in, around January/February 2022. On the instagram account, there were periodic updates about the palette, including one on 2/10/22 thanking customers for being patient and offering a free gift in the meantime -- a gift card for $15 came to my email on Feb 17, that expired 5/18. On 4/14 I received an email saying the pre-order period for the palettes was over. On 4/28 an email came saying she had begun shipping in small batches. I hadn't contacted her or been concerned at that point, because many companies were facing shipping delays due to the pandemic, and I expected it might be a while since she did such a long pre-order period. On 5/22, I placed another order of items listed as currently in stock on the website, totaling $37.25 (Order #****). On 5/13 another email was sent out about the pre-order, saying that many people were unhappy about the long wait and to contact her about a refund via texting a phone number. I opted to give her the benefit of the doubt and wait. On 6/6, I received a shipment notice and tracking info for my more recent order. It said the pre-shipment info was sent to **** and was awaiting the package. It still says that now. Today is 9/18, and I tried to reach out about both my orders from 10/31/21 and 5/22/22, but her email bounced back, the website is gone, and her instagram (now Witchy Bitch Shop) is not accepting dms. I was very excited about the palette and other products and ideally would like them delivered. If the company is unable to do that, then I would like a refund of my $140 spend on their products

    I ordered the limited edition Anti-Valentine's *** palette and strychnine chrome on January 3, 2022. There was a sale so I paid in total $84.92. My order number is #****. I knew this was a preorder but it has now been 7 months since I initially purchased and that is an excessive amount of time to wait for a product. I reached out back in April 30 on instagram for questions regarding my order I received a vague response on May 4 stating that they were working on delivering palettes. I was never given information regarding the status of my order or how long it would take for my order to be shipped. Since May 4 I have been trying to contact them with no response. I have been trying to reach out to the business via Instagram which looks like they changed their business name and they have limited the number of comments on their instagram page. I also tried contacting the phone number made available on the Instagram for a refund with no response. I feel like this business is a scam and I was swindled out of my money. At this point , I do not want the products anymore, I would like my money back but there is no way to reach the business since their business website is down and they do not respond to instagram DMs. I have never had this type of issue before with receiving product from companies even ones that are preordered. They should not have accepted such a large volume of preorders if they knew they were not going to be able to deliver in a timely fashion. This feels like one big scam.

    I placed an order for the Ouija Palette back in January 2022. This Seller kept an open pre order which I should have known was shady. Even tho her site said 6 to 8 weeks I'm sure cause legally that's how long pre orders are suppose to be. She had no promise date on it till after a ton of people ordered and kept changing it. This woman knows that no one can get a refund after 60 days so that's why she kept pre orders going. She has had so many issues over the years even had to open a go fund me to help with fraud cases. I wish I would have known. I did get my first order back in 2020 of the anti ********* that was a joke too stating someone at the post office stole all the palettes. Yeah right lady!. Now this time just ignores people. She kept promising it would come and pushing it back. Now she changed her company name I'm sure to start a new scam. She got rid of her email. She deactivated her social media sites and her Instagram no one can comment at all. She took all our money and ran. Lady you belong behind bars and I'm gonna see how I can make that happen! This was the perfect scam. I'm out $74.58 and I will chalk that up to see you behind bars. You can't commit fraud against a ton of people and get away with it. Don't ever purchase any pre-order longer than 60 days cause you won't get your money back and she knew this!!! I guess we are all suckers! We need to make sure she can't scam another person ever again! ***********************************. Don't forget that name she will keep trying to open businesses to scam peopl!

    * I made 2 separate purchases of 2 items (3/4 items were "preorders" items). 1 for $200 + 1 for $180 =$380 to killer queens now changed IG name to witchy bitch shop * all makeup items 3 palettes and 1 mixing potion * the nature is i have not received ANY of my items and cannot be refunded by my payment methods * the business has since "gone ghost", the website is shut down, social media updating has stopped and so has communication with seller. * 3/4 items were pre-order items that were supposed to ship by certain dates Order's #**** (9/25/21) paid in a 4 installment plans = $200 #**** (1/19/22) paid in a 4 installment plans = $180

    My order numbers are **** and ****. I ordered One on May 25 and one on May 27 and to this day as of August ******************************************* my money back. I have contacted the business owner several times and she will not respond to me. Her commenting on her Instagram page has been turned off so you can't comment on her stuff to ask any questions and there's no email on file to contact her for updates on products or refunds. I also have screenshots from another customer where she told her that Shopify was handling the refunds and I have a screenshot from Shopify clearly stating they do not handle refunds that it is up to the merchant. My only other option is a small claims court and I really don't wanna have to do that I'm hoping I can get a resolution here for her either shipping the products that I paid for or giving me my money back. Just to be clear as of August 10 and I can get bank statements I have not had a refund. To be honest I really just want the products I paid for but if she can't deliver them to me then yes I want my money back
