During a cleaning of ************ of the employees broke the light fixture globe for the ceiling fan in my master bedroom. My wife was home at the time and questioned her about it. She had the broken piece of glass in her pocket and admitted that she did break the light fixture. At that time she claimed to have reported it to her employer. We also called to file a claim. After months of run around, we finally got the contact info for who to provide details to regarding the damage. We submitted the info; including the fact that we were Unable to locate a light fixture to fit the fan and would need to replace the fan. We gave MaidPro the opportunity to try to locate the globe to replace it, in order to save them the additional expense; which they refused. The cost for the new fan, with install was approximately $300. Several weeks passed by again with no info from MaidPro. Finally we got a letter in the mail telling us our claim was denied and they sent $75 in MaidPro gift certificates. The cleaning was subpar at best, but I will never allow them in my home again, especially in light of them denying the claim. The letter I received from them basically states that their employee did not break the light, even though she admitted that she did and called them to report it. No one should use this company, as they are crooked, and unreliable. **************** is terrible. ****** is who Ive dealt with and that has been a joke as well. I would like the fan replaced, fixed and situation corrected.
