            We signed a contract with Nova in April 2021. Closed on construction loan in July 2021. **** started to work on our construction around September or so.As of todays date Nova homes hasnt completed our home which now has been over 2 years and isnt even giving us any completion date which we are by law ***********. Nova homes has been hiring terrible contractors to work on our home which has caused us a high amount of stress and a lot of fixing that we had to make sure gets done. We come to construction site daily but contractors are rarely there. **** has taken on too much work that now we as clients suffer with quality and home not being done even in 2 years.Nova shouldnt be in business. We request formal investigation of Nova Homes of Southwest Florida and their license to operate.We have found a construe lawyer to look into this and their license.We request ******************** to do the same as there are many more clients like us that suffer the same amount of stress due to hiring Nova.Nova promised quality when we signed the contract but failed to deliver. They are dishonest .

            We signed a contract with Nova Homes of South Fl to build a custom home on our land. We had specifications that needed to be met, and they did not meet those specifications and refused to fix them. The tile that was installed was discontinued, and they delivered us home with cracks, chips, and halo tile throughout the two floors. Our AC units are not cooling, our front door was supposed to be cast aluminum, and they installed iron, and the list goes on. As of right now, we have estimated around $300,00.00 to fix everything. We asked to have a full house inspection prior to the ** being issued, and Nova Homes of South Florida did not allow us to do it.
