    In May of this year *** ***** came out and provided us with a quote for installation of three different sets of railings at our new built home we signed a contract with him and provided him with a deposit of $19,000 which was half of the agreed upon price we still to this date do not have a railings nor can we get anyone to discuss this with us upon going to their place of business there is no one there it is just a shell of a business I have even gone to ******* home and she informed me that I would have my railings by the end of October which we do not

    Gatekeepers took a 50% deposit on May 17, 2024 and will not return our calls. The only contact they provide is through email saying they are behind and can't provide us with an installation date.

    We contracted gatekeepers to fix our gate paying them the quoted price of $19,300 in full. They received and cashed the check on February 26 2024 with a completion date of April 15 2024. They will not return our many attempted phone calls. I went to their place of business and with no success of talking with anyone. The business owner next door came out and I explained why I was there. He informed me that many many people come there for the same reason. We have suffered greatly after hurricane *** and this type of business only takes advantage of people when they are down. Please help if you can. I have all the documentation and paperwork to prove what I am saying.
