    I have been a customer of Geeks Core Solutions for several years. Recently, I contacted them because both of my printers stopped working. During the call, I was told that my network had been “corrupted” and that my information was being sent to the dark web. This did not feel accurate, especially since I have already purchased several of their security products that should prevent issues like this.
    Because their explanation didn’t seem right, I hired a local, reputable company to evaluate my network. I paid $200 for an in-person inspection. They found no network issues and no signs of corruption. They explained that my printers were simply not functioning because my computer was at capacity. They made no changes to the network, yet everything works now.
    It concerns me that each time I contact Geeks Core, I feel pressured into purchasing additional services or products—even though I have already bought multiple security packages from them (securities, ransom, virus, tech support, etc). Based on my most recent experience, I no longer feel confident in the company’s recommendations or practices.
    I recently purchased a new computer with a far less expensive security package that protects everything. The large retailer I purchased from also offers tech support at a reasonable price, which further reduces the need for Geeks Core.
    For these reasons, I do not feel comfortable continuing as a customer and cannot recommend their services.
