    Approximately 11 times in the month of June 2023, this company has contacted me. Each and every time I picked up the call, I request they no longer contact me. Yet, I continuously get calls. This last time the guy tried to keep me on the phone and stated they do not have a means of removing my number from their call list. Once I mentioned reporting them, he seemed upset and stated that this is a waste of time and isn't going anywhere. I agreed but since they want to keep calling me, I would keep him on the line while I filed this complaint.The numbers they have called me from are: 1 - ************ **************** **************** **************** **************** 6 - ************ **************** **************** **************** 10 - ************ 11 - ************ Funny note, he claims the company is out of CA. 860 is a CT area code.

    This company will not stop calling me about a car I have not had in over a year. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, but they wont. I block each number and they keep calling me from different numbers. This scam of a business needs to be shut down due to their harassing nature.

    I get at least one call daily regarding the extended warranty on my car. I have repeatedly requested they take me off their calling list. Some of the people then demand that I tell them if I still have the car. This constant harassment is ridiculous. The calls come from mostly ******** phone numbers, although there have been calls from other states. I block every number.Please have them stop this incessant harassment. Thank you

    I have received numerous phone calls upon requesting the removal of my name from their call list. It has been multiple weeks and they have consistently tried to push a fake 2019 land rover range rover that I apparently owned to buy insurance on. I do not own any of these cars. I have told them multiple times to take me off their call list they refuse to put me through to a manager and they do not stop calling me. These calls can occur multiple times a day over the past month or so.

    This company has called no less than 10 times in the past 2 weeks attempting to get me to buy a warranty for my car. They knew the year, make and model of a vehicle I had purchased in the past. Despite me telling them I am not interested, despite me telling them I no longer have the vehicle, despite me telling them not to call me again and to remove me from their list and despite me telling them I am on the federal do not call list, they continue to call from different numbers, all of which are made to appear as if they come from my state.When I told them I no longer had that vehicle, they asked if I had another one. When I said I didn't, they asked if anyone else in the household had one. At least two of the people called me twice, giving the same names, within a 48-hour period. I have no business relationship with these people and feel like this has become harassment at this point.

    Please, please find a way to stop the incessant calls as many as 5-7 a day from Vehicle Processing Center. Of course they say they can't remove your number. Why can't they pass your request on to the office who can delete you from their list. Seniors should not have to be harassed by the practices of any business.

    Continuous sometimes up to five times a day claiming to be the vehicle processing department. Sometimes I do not answer and automatically block the call. It comes from all different kinds of numbers. It is intolerable, and could be confusing for older people. These calls must stop.

    I have received a number of calls from different phone numbers over the past six months to one year. They call stating that they are with the "Vehicle Processing Department." I have received calls from someone asking how I'm doing then promptly ending the call presumably waiting for a confirmation they can use for a scam.

    A phone center caller who introduces themselves as "The Vehicle Processing Department" or "The Vehicle Processing Center" call me from faked local numbers anywhere from one to eight times per day, six days per week.I've politely asked they remove my number, which is already on the do-not-call-list, and more than 10 repeated instances, to remove my number from their call rosters. I am compiling the list of number of times they call and the numbers which they are using. I am considering taking legal action at this time. Due to the massive volume of scam/spam calls to my do-not-call personal line. If anyone wishes to enter into a class action with me or has one already. I would be willing to commit time and resources to burying this company and whoever owns it. The generally call during the work day but have caused significant disruption to my personal phone line.
