Romeo Air Conditioning **** was Servicing the Previous Owner when I bought my House on ************. I Moved from the East Coast of ******* and was with my A/C Company there for over 20 years and they were Great! Romeo has been Great as well, It's not easy to find a Company that Services the Customers needs 100% of the Time. I highly recommend them if someone is looking for a Family Owned reputable A/C Company in SW *******.

They replaced our air conditioner in 2019 and left the place a mess. There was construction and lunch garbage left all over our yard, they cut a hole in our drywall and never fixed it. They left a filter in the new return that didn't fit and didn't tell us so for 3 months there was an 8 inch gap that wasn't covered with a filter, we had to have the system cleaned after 3 months. They tried to talk us into replacing the system with no county permit which my wife insisted on as her father is a county inspector, which failed inspection the first time. We had a 3 year labor warranty they refused to honor because my wife was let go from there. When we had someone else come out they had to replace the condenser coil and said the replacement job was not good and he couldn't believe it passed inspection as they placed the condensing unit onto a non hurricane approved pad. While my wife worked there she was treated poorly many times, having to listen to the original owner screaming and cussing at people, telling fat jokes and talking about women in a very misogynistic manner. She was expected to double her work load in 2 different systems for almost a year and when she asked for help and explained she wasn't able to get her work done she was told it was ok she would catch up and then was let go for it. She had to deal with extreme family fighting and screaming during a transitional time in the company and she stuck it out because she liked the job and she spent long hours trying to get everything done. My wife does her best in everything she does and they treated her terribly. I can not say I would recommend this company for any reason.
