    I am rejecting this response because:

    as you can see from the sexual messages and the messages from the landlord what he is saying is not true.
     They also have cameras and I have videos of every conversation for reference. I want to be immediately released from this lease. You were closed Sunday, but yet you came to show me the building And had me sign the lease on Sunday. But you got so upset and threatened to burn all of my materials because I asked you to clean the unit and you refuse to prorate my rent. They smoke, cigarettes and marijuana in the building, there was three murders in the building, they sell weed out of the building. Theres actual smoke shops in both of their properties selling illegal weed This is beyond unprofessional not to mention the rats and roaches. Its not a safe building its not operable its not professional. I had to bag everything and help remove it

    Ive contacted code and waiting on a return call from the health **** and a few arttorneys

    was told there were no pest and that was a lie , people live on the property, crackheads in the building, smoking, the disrespect from you

    he threatened me as you can see from the attached message. Im scared daily leaving my items because of the threats, and I think its because I didnt respond in a sexual manse after being sent kiss emojis, if Im not left out of my lease with a full deposit refund I will move forward with legal help suing the company and owner

    The new tenant is very unprofessional and aggressive- she came on weekend when we are closed and demanded the suite to be cleaned & *********** away - she cursed and threatened many times and we tried our best to accommodate her and even sent specially the cleaners to clean her suite on Sunday and the handyman to enforce her lock as well.

    she kept harassing all the employees by text messages every hour and even send red hearts sometimes - I never saw her face or let her but she is very wild and not normal as far as I noticed.

    The tenant keep texting & calling to all our employees with threats and aggressive tone and complaining about smell "NOW" when she isn't even at the suite....

    We tried to be nice and patient but she is really not 100% normal.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    please make sense when you write. I absolutely complain, even your residence told me about the murders in the building. And when I say residence, I mean residence because you know they live here, prostitute, here, and you sell drugs out of the building. I have every text message that was ever sent and a police report from me calling. Im headed to the hospital now because my asthma is flaring up from your residence smoking in the building. I want to be out this lease immediately with a full refund. We can do this the hard way or the easy way  ive already seeked legal counsel and I will move forward 100%, *** you as well as the company, this is not a safe operable building, and theres a lot of illegal activity going on here. Ive already reached out to code enforcement, and my next step is the health department.  everything youre doing is illegal, especially Renting out all of the spaces without your tenants, have proper licenses, and made this a hotel when its supposed to be a office ..the verbiage that you use when you threaten to burn all of my belongings and throw me out your exact words was I dont know who Im dealing with. 
    I want a full refund and I want to be let out this lease. You can keep the two weeks of rent money but I want to be refunded in full so that I can move forward in peace and run my business in a safe environment. All of these crackheads and prostitutes in and out the property, no repairs are being done roaches and rats and the way you mistreated me were not a good fit for each other

    Should I move forward legally or will you refund my $990 deposit in full?

    We will noy provide any refund or cancel the lease and we expect the tenant to respect the lease that she signed for and pay the rent, the same way that we respect it.
