    I booked a service with Relic Reef on Booksy and they canceled our tour 2 days before we were scheduled to go. I reached out to them, and Booksy and no one has refunded me the $215. Relic Reef text me that Booksy would refund and Booksy said Relic Reef should refund me.

    Booksy is a third party booking site. Some people were refunded and others were not. I've been transparent and refunded those who did not recieve a refund, so if you slipped through the cracks and did not reach out again to me I apologize as I am currently closing on a new location and have ***** other things to keep track of. I also offered some folks the option to be the first to experience my new location and provide them with a second dig free of charge for the hassle this has caused them and myself. I also made a public announcement apologizing and addressing these problems. Please feel free to reach out to me in regards to this matter and let me know if you would still like a partial refund or to take up my offer at the new location.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I did not get refunded at all, and there has been no response back to my attempts on reaching out.

    I also have not gotten any communication like you are mentioning about another opportunity for the new site.

    At this point, Id just like my refund.
