              I went into store to purchase a entertainment center. I was approved to spend 1000. In store..After finding out my bank account would be charged ***** for processing fee I told them to cancel sell were I'd just made a car payment and didn't have the money in my account to cover it and would cause an overdrawn fee..The lady told me it was canceled and I did not continue to sign contract and told her I'd be back when I got paid.. I looked at my bank account the next day and seen they took the ***** out anyways against my consent also causing my account to be overdrawn causing extra fees..I call the store and finance place through Babcock and they both told me they could not help me..Babcock would not even answer my calls after that..

              I purchased a sectional on 2/24/24. I believe his name was ****** ? and he was very helpful with me buying the couch and explaining the warranty and the deliver time. A week later on 3/02/24 they delivered my couch early in the day. The 2 delivery men *** and ******* did an excellent job! They were so nice and professional and were very careful bringing my couch in and putting it together and explaining to me how certain parts of the couch worked. They gave me a suggestion on how the couch should be arranged in my living room and it worked perfectly. They were also very fast at getting things completed. I am very pleased.
