    I had been paying for google storage. Decided I did not need it anymore, so they disabled my account bc I am over my storage limit. I have deleted every single thing from my storage and they still have my email locked. My email in question is **********************

    On December 6th, 2021 I purchased two Google Pixel 6 Pro phones. Since it was only one phone per email, I used my email for one *************************** son's email for the other phone ********************** At the time of purchase, I also bought Google preferred care for each phone which is a monthly recurring charge of **** per month per phone. My original phone (order # gs-****-****-****) **** # *************** - began seriously overheating and shutting down. I contacted Google to get a replacement phone under my preferred care contract. After much ado, I was sent a replacement phone - **** # ***************. Google never asked for the original phone to be sent back. Fast forward to Thurs 9/28. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked rendering it useless. I tried to file a claim for preferred care and it wouldn't work so I contacted Google. They did not update my preferred care contract with the **** # of the new phone which is why I could not use the preferred care. Okay, fine mistakes happen - can you correct that for me so I can get my phone fixed. Currently it's been 4 *********** still have not updated the imei #. They keep passing the buck, saying it's being investigated etc. Then I get an email stating that they're sorry they didn't update the imei # but now they won't fix it bc I have two phones (neither work) unless I send the other back which after they get it (5 or 6 days from now) they'll then update the imei and I can get my phone fixed. I have no issue sending the other phone back but I need to get my phone fixed ASAP as I used it for work. I cannot wait another week for them to do a simple update. This is a contract THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR FOR OVER A YEAR. All I want is for them to uphold their end of the contract and update the **** so I can get my phone fixed asap and get back to work.

    The dates of the transactions: 07/14/2023 BOTH: $300.00 (2X)FROM MY BANK CHECKING ACCOUNT AT WOODFOREST BANK I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING THE CONSUMER STORAGE SERVICE BUT THIS WAS THE BUSINESS VERSION. I GOT THE RUN AROUND TWICE AFTER FILING TWO INQUIRIES. THIS MAY NOT BE A LOT OF MONEY TO GOOGLE BUT IT IS TO ME! I NEED THIS RESOLVED QUICKLY, PLEASE.
