    I have a subscription with Happy V, the Feb order was placed, money was taken from my card on file. But the order never shipped. I keep trying to track the order but it has not left the facility. I have called Happy V and no one answers the phone. I have even left a voicemail. And I call during their business hours listed on the website. I have sent countless emails to customer service and no one has responded. I have tried the online BOT but it is an automated thing so it doesn't connect you to an agent. They also claim to respond within 24 hours but that is a huge lie. I have emailed soooo many time and not a single response. This company took my money and never gave me my product and hasn't even bothered to reach out to me. Order: HV546080 Tracking: #************************** I would like my money back but I CANNOT get ahold of anyone.

    The order in question was processed in February 24th, but the shipment was delayed in transit. A full refund of $39.99 was issued on March 12, 2025, once the issue was brought to our attention.
    Our records confirm that the refund was completed and no further charges were made.
    We apologize for the delay and any difficulty experienced in reaching our team. We are actively working to improve response times across all support channels.
    This matter has been resolved and no further action is needed.
